Our bread is baked in a wood fired oven from our own stone milled red fife wheat. We have an in-house butcher and also work closely with our friends at farm and field butchers. We work with local farms and use only sustainable fisheries.
We are open for Pizza 7 nights a week.
Thursday to Saturday we are open for pizza as well as dine-in dinner service with a small menu!

The service was AMAZING. We loved it and got great advise. The appetizer was really good, fresh and tasty. We asked for wine recommendation and it was truly perfect. Only thing that could be better is that the pizza had too much oil on it and were a bit too salty to our taste.

The menu is limited, but the food is imaginatively prepared and delicious. The service is low-key, helpful, and efficient.
Food was really flavourful. I had the porchetta di testa and my date had the tuna crudo. Tuna was light and well balanced. Porchetta melts in your mouth. So good.
Delicious, inventive food and wonderfully attentive and accommodating service. Agrius pays its servers a living wage, so no tipping is required. More restaurants should follow suit.

The menu did not have everything that they usually have due to pandemic. The food that we ordered was fantastic I'm very tasty. Between the four of us that dined we had a pretty good cross-section of share plates and some pizza one of us had a thing called entree. We were all very impressed with the quality of the food.
Creative food and one of the best restaurants in Victoria. We had a cured lamb charcuterie which was like roast lamb with mint sauce in a light bite. Moderate number of well chosen wines. Plus lots of great bread. Their post Covid menu is larger than a number of other similar restaurants.

"Tuna in fermented tomato water and seaweed" sounded a little strange on one hand, then great on the other. It turned out to be incredible. Fermented tomato water is my new favourite juice. The tuna was so soft and savoury, and the flakes of salt made the tomato and tuna really explode with flavour. The seaweed was delicious like most seaweed is.
The more standard dishes like charcuterie and salmon agnolotti were likewise very high quality and a joy to have. I almost never eat non-fish meat, but their charcuterie is a good reason to make an exception.
I'm looking forward to more fermented tomatoes here.

Quiet elegant restaurant, very few diners due to Covid. Limited menu but with superb appetizers and entrees of reasonable size. We kept on going mmmm! delightful and excellent very friendly service. Price is unbelievable: shared an appetizer and each a main course and 2 glasses of wine coming to 130 CDN and tips are included in the price!
Must be the best quality of food and experience for the buck in Victoria.

The Pizza's are sublime. Your wines are excellent, but I would focus on BC only. We have to support our local economy. The tip-free pricing is appreciated during the pandemic but feel free to ask for this as we want to support our local merchants and their employees that make a difference in our community. Your products and service are not commodities that are sold at the lowest price. Your business has made a difference in our community, and we are happy to support you.

Our first experience at Agrius was pure delight. We started we cocktails, the Margarita was deadly. The selection of dishes is sure to include something everyone will enjoy. All very positive. My only criticism is that it was very cold outside and inside there was a vent blowing cool air above us. Not a big deal. Service and food was fabulous!
We discovered the food to Jewell prepared and presented shortly after we arrived. We were shown, after we completed the small COVID quiz, to our table as soon as we arrived having reserved ahead.
The wait staff were very professional and competent and provided information on the food and wine that we chose.
We appreciated the fact that the tip was included in the cost of the meal which is unusual for Victoria restaurants.
