   Firsty, do not try to book on OpenTable - use the restaurant website - they stopped using OpenTable 2 years ago The Afternoon Tea here is outstanding - Think Professional Bake Off standard cakes It is a cafe - not a restaurant though the waiter we had was extremely polite , friendly and knowledgeble. At £25 a head, you will have to work hard to find a better value for money tea in the West End. Book through their website Ignore the rude comments - it is OpenTable's fault for taking bookings for a place that stopped using them 2 years ago

   As another on her said, although this restaurant is listed on Open Table, they DO NOT TAKE OPEN TABLE RESERVATIONS. It's also just a cafe - not an afternoon tea place. They have about 20 items on the menu but only had 6 when we arrived. Total disappointment. Advertised fraudulently.

   afternoon tea - baking & chocolate work was on point mini desserts were yummy & varied, (scones where awful!) & I have to say the service was extremely poor. Disinterested,’ staff, didn’t bring cutlery, sat on phone, very do it your self atmosphere. It’s a shame they don’t deliver that luxury afternoon tea experience. For the price, and additional cost of the chocolate tree, the work that goes into the desserts can be seen, but it’s clear they are trying to cost save, and not deliver a luxury experience. So it’s a bit of a let down. Looks pretty, but doesn’t follow through

   The sweets looks really nice but unfortunately it is not a good combination to class this as an afternoon tea. It’s feels like a dessert assortment . Taste-wise it did look delicate but it was just jelly s and panacotta that feels really fake and cheap. I tried to speak out to the pattisier but he had poor customer service skills and he didn’t show no empathy or interest to know how he could improve . The scones we dry and clotted cream was just milk and butter😒.

   Lovely ambience ! The savoury food was delish - much more than sandwiches and the sweets were delicious without being too sweet. It's not unlimited tea, but we just ordered extra tea! Worth the price !
