It’s in a lobby so you’re looking at the parking lot. The desserts were tasty (though 2 of the “purses” were missing their chocolate handles). The bread on the sandwiches was dry. The tea itself was good and the waitress was great with the hot water refills, but we won’t be returning.

The tea is served in the lobby. This was not a special holiday experience. I would not go back.

this was a special occasion celebratory high tea- it ended up a fun story of how you can get duped by the label of four seasons teas were open for all to sniff - in time of viral illness, doesn't seem best practice worst earl gray tea i have ever had- how do you mess up something so basic the food was subpar- pastries stale, the savory foods were salty not savory service was very slow at this price i would have expected superior snacks and great service.. i would have been better off with lipton and trader joes diy at home!

Love this place for afternoon tea - pretty much everything was perfect. If it wasn’t, they seem open to feedback. I want to come back every month to try their new menus!

Both servers were SO friendly. I've been before and really appreciated them and the amazing chef. Probably the best afternoon tea in the bay area!
