    Disappointed with the afternoon tea. For what it cost the food was disappointing. Sandwiches were nice, middle tray was just weird. Thank goodness for the delicious sweet selection. It was very hot up there as well. I started to feel a bit unwell especially after consuming so much sugar. Overall was a beautiful setting but afternoon tea was a disappointment.

    Great views, fantastic service. Such an amazing experience that I want to do it again! Couldn’t fault anything. Got to try a wide range of teas that I wouldn’t have normally tried.

    The service was truly shocking. Not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Had to ask on 4 occasions for an extra pot of tea. The food was quite good but the whole experience was ruined by the very poo service.

    One of the highlights of my trip to London! Many thanks Nikola and the staff at Ting for an unforgettable experience and beautiful afternoon tea ❤️ We stayed 3 hours and enjoyed every minute of it 🥰

    Lovely afternoon tea experience in a unique setting. We had a beautiful view of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, sitting right by the window. The food and drink selection was great and presentation was good. Only small negative is that it was hard to find our server in order to pay at the end of the meal, but we were able to call another server over so we could pay.

    We came for our 2-year wedding anniversary and it was an amazing experience. First time having afternoon tea for us both, and we loved it. Look forward to the next time we come

    Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend bedient und hatten einen fantastischen Fensterplatz. Es gab eine große Auswahl an Teesorten, wir hätten aber auch Kaffee haben können. Sandwiches und Scones wurden auf Wunsch nachgereicht und auch auch auf spezielle Bedürfnisse wurde besonders Rücksicht genommen. Der Service war aufmerksam und ging auf besondere Wünsche ein.

    A gorgeous experience from start to finish. Staff were highly attentive. Food was lovely and we were offered more sandwiches and the opportunity to take home uneaten scones. To improve I would look to have more sponge I. Cakes rather than mousse but that is being picky. Will return in the future.
