They had great selections of food and beverage and the staff was very knowledgeable about the menu. Perhaps a little pricey for a regular occasion but if you're a tourist or have a special occasion at an elegant venue, I would highly recommend. The atmosphere between the venue and the lovely staff was delightful!!

My friend and I really enjoyed our Wimbledon themed afternoon tea at The Parlour. We were greeted warmly at arrival and after a brief stint in the lobby for being early, were shown to our table which had a relaxing ambience. Our server, was lovely and guided us through the options. The sandwiches were great, all very fresh and varied and then we moved onto the sweets. My oh my. All in all, a brilliant afternoon tea experience that I would not only recommend but return to myself. Thank you.

Great atmosphere, great food. Just the perfect setting for an afternoon tea with girlfriends. The staff is very lovely, very caring. The background music was exquisite. I look forward to going back.

Fairly average. Nothing bad but not blown away. No refills offered and had to ask for more tea. Scones were a bit hard - but we were one of the last tables so maybe they were fresher earlier in the day. All in all i’d say pay another £20/£30 and go to Corinthia or Claridges - this place is ok but nothing special
