   When we arrived they had missed our booking; I had to show them my confirmation email to prove we had booked. I was then asked if we were using a voucher, which is frustrating when we were paying full price. The afternoon tea was not on the menu, but we were asked 'which one did we want' with no further explanation. When the food arrived, one tray for 2 came out half empty, and one overloaded. It looked like onehad already been served and eaten from (?!) and had to enquire to the various waiting staff repeatedly to ask for clarity on the matter. It turns out they had under filled one, and so overfilled another but this was not explained till after. The food was distinctly average. Would not go back or recommend.

   I abslutely adore the internal vintage decorations and the ambience! The jazz music in the background made my experience even better!The service was top class too.
