   Lovely experience for afternoon tea in this hotel. Staff were very attentive & polite. Food was beautifully presented & delicious. Decor & surroundings where we had our table at window was lovely. Our first time in this hotel & we would come back & recommend.

   Amazing experience from start to finish, we went for Mothers Day with my sisters and mother, and we all loved everything about it, food, service, atmosphere. The harpist playing in the background was superb. Definitely one of the best afternoon tea we have experienced.

   Amazing afternoon tea experience, one of the best in Dublin! Food was all very fresh and good value - lovely sitting in the foyer at front of hotel, very relaxing and great for people watching Service is also outstanding

   Afternoon Tea was lovely. Plenty of food. Selection was varied and very tasty!! So much tea and coffee it was endless. Including latte and cappuccino. Tried the fruit tea too. It was lovely and refreshing at the end. Would come back again.

   A lovely relaxing afternoon with many flavours in superb surroundings. Service was excellent.

   The food was good. The overall experience wasn’t the best one. We waited 25 minutes to be served after the glass of champagne. The jam served on their afternoon tea is very liquid and they didn’t serve it with a spoon, which was very hard to use. Afternoon tea everywhere else is served with butter hot scones, etc. We have been informed that they don't do that. I had a guest who was for afternoon tea for the first time and they didn't present tea, no recommendation or anything like that. We requested hot chocolate and we couldn't have it for the second time because they were out of chocolate powder. I believe they should have been prepared for that since it is very basic. No waiters around to check on us if was everything okay, if anybody wanted something else or anything thing like that (very basic customer service). They don't give any extra sandwiches as every else does. You can only repeat the drinks, but once you request a hot chocolate, they don't have it. I believe that for 50€ per person, there are better places around Dublin, or at least better customer service.

   Tea had started to get cold again food came out. I had requested no salmon because of a fish allergy and yet it was still served we had to send all the food back and wait a further 20mins which then lead to pots of tea going cold.
