   Delicious Charbonnel et Walker Afternoon Tea. Sandwiches were tasty with quirky flavours. Particularly enjoyed Smoked Salmon on Sour Cherry Bread. Scones were fresh from the oven and still warm when we ate them. Light, fluffy and perfect. Cakes and desserts were delicious. Truffles were a lovely touch. Service was great. Staff checked we were enjoying our food and regularly topped up our hot drinks. Will definitely return!

   Afternoon tea of great value! Using different bread for the sandwiches was a pleasant surprise. The sweets were also delicious. Probably because it was still lunchtime, people around were engaging in their conversations which made the environment a little noisy for me. Overall this is a great experience and I would definitely visit again.

   Monmouth Kitchen has a great ambience, beautiful interior decor and the Afternoon Tea is also good value for its location in Seven Dials. However, our visit was somewhat marred by possible miscommunication between the wait staff and the kitchen - we were seated at 4:40 pm and a member of our party arrived 10 minutes later, which is when we informed the waitress that we were ready to be served our food. However, by 5:40 pm, we had only been served our drinks and so we had to inquire to our food. This finally arrived at 5:45 pm, a full hour after the first of our party arrived, and seemed rushed - some of the scones were soggy on the bottom, and some of the finger sandwiches were slightly smaller than the others. That being said, the service was impeccable - the wait staff offered us free prosecco as an apology to the wait, and were very responsive to our feedback about the food. I would return, but would probably suggest picking an earlier time for afternoon tea so you don't end up starting around supper time in case of delays!

   Perfekt! Super service, our waiter Stan made us feel welcom and spescial, and the food, tea and champagne was delicious! The atmosphere where also perfect! Highly recomended!

   Very good overall. Staff very attentive. We were a group of 4 and only ones there so not much atmosphere.

   Fantastic food, new and exciting tastes to share tapas-style from a wide selection of cultures, tailored to spice cravers, ceviche connoisseurs, and leaf lovers all sharing a table for lunch. Learned a thing or two about South American food from our charming and attentive host as the plates arrived, even shared some experiences of food from the past, nostalgically. At the end an artisanal congratulatory chocolate plate arrived to top off a top experience. Very decent white wine selections kept the conversation at the right temperature. We are coming back! Hasta luego...

   Great spin on afternoon tea, the scones were delicious as well as the tapas. Manager was lovely.

   I had booked the afternoon tea as a Christmas present for my brother and sister-in-law and was very pleased with the selection and quality of this. I would definitely recommend the afternoon tea as an excellent alternative to the usual "tea"

    Nice twist on the traditional English afternoon tea. Scone flavours were not as punchy as I had hoped they would be but the salmon tacos, the bruschetta and the whole of the top tier were delicious!
