Their Caesar salad is the best thing on the menu. Not many entree's to choose from and so I selected a small plate. It was priced like an entree, but very small and in my opinion even less than an appetizer.

Don't think I would recommend for dinner, although I have a very nice lunch there last week.

The service is excellent. Stacey is great and super attentive. Coffee is good also. I believe they use a home brew. The only complaint was a slew of add-on taxes. I received 20 dollars extra in taxes that made no sense. I was taxed for a N/A beverage. So I was taxed for water. HUH??? I understand the pandemic and I understand there is an extra need for paying staff. But just include it in the price. I gave a generous tip (over 20%) to the server. But come on. There were four extra taxes after the city tax. Just be honest. I don’t mind paying but don’t lie.

A lovely room for an elegant brunch. The quality of the ingredients and plating is superb. However, the kitchen and the service were off pace. Spilled champagne on the table, coffee had to asked for twice to get it to the table, accompaniments to the entrees not as ordered. But it was a Monday holiday morning, so the "A" team might not have been working.

Adorn has one of the best branches in the city. The chef makes a biscuit that is really like a semi sweet cake, as fluffy as they come. The biscuits are to die for. And their omelettes are very good also. Actually, anything you order is very good. And the service is excellent. I have many of my business meetings here and every single person who works there is excellent.

Used to love eating in precious restaurants in this space. Seasons was one of the.best ever. But I don’t think this one has figured things out yet. Appetizers were very good. The Brussels sprouts were fabulous — bright and fresh with chilies and mint. Caesar was different and good. The tomato tart was lovely. But something went wrong between these flavorful, interesting appetizers and the less impressive entrees. The fried chicken was pretty good but that was it. They were out of our first choices (including French fries which figure prominently on the menu. Really? Odd thing to run out of.) The service was great, they addressed the issues quickly, but it just wasn’t a fabulous meal. I thinks they have the potential to be better and I’d try again, but not there yet.

Great vibe. Good eclectic menu. Waiter very knowledgable and kind. A martini was 27.00 I mean come on. I regular sized martini. Just really over priced and not great value when you can buy a bottle of grey goose for 27.00. To be honest, was not fair in value and is the number one reason we won't be back.

Service and food were amazing. The renovated space although much improved and updated was lacking ambience. We sat in the side room where the bar used to be and i felt like we were in a nice cafeteria. They need to add another layer of warmth to the decor.

The new restaurant in Chicago’s recently renovated Four Seasons Hotel is outstanding. The menu is creative, and our dinner was delicious. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, especially our server who worked with us and made excellent recommendations for our vegan diet. We enjoyed the entire experience and will definitely be dining here again!

We love The Four Seasons Chicago and were very much looking forward to visiting the hotel. We were excited to see/experience the new remodel, but I am afraid to report that they still have some kinks to work out. Our server, Ryder, was excellent and enthusiastic. He made great food and drink recommendations and was very accommodating. Unfortunately, the food took forever to make its way out of the kitchen. The quality and taste of the food was good. The descriptions on the menu sounded far more complicated than they actually tasted. We had the nitro tempura mushrooms, waygu beef small plate, edible candle which was the most memorable, fried chicken which was good but forgettable, and the lobster spaghetti which featured a large portion of lobster including a big claw. Our dinner for two last nearly 2.5 hours even though we skipped desert. The new vibe feels much more Las Vegas instead of Chicago, so I'm not sure we will return unless we are staying at the hotel, but my hope is that they will iron out the kitchen processes and be able to create an experience that is a bit more intimate and less club like.

Not a bad meal, but I think the renovation and change from the old restaurant is unfortunately a big step down. The character of the old bar was so nice, and the old restaurant has a great elegance to it. Now, the bar and restaurant just seem like an extension of the hotel lobby and are quite loud. The candle stick bread was really great. Joe Beef style lobster was underwhelming. Service was good.

Sad to see this change to the old bar and restaurant that I viewed as Chicago institutions.

Long line, took 20 minutes to speak to a host and that was with a reservation! First impressions are difficult to overcome. Once seated, it was clear they were understaffed, though what staff existed were great (including the overworked host) and the food was as well

Our server, Hayden, was informative & held the dinner at a nice tempo. While he had a number of tables, he paid great attention to us. The plates were thoughtful, tasty, and well-prepared.

Nitro Mushrooms: 5/5
- A touch oily, but top 3 tempura for us.
- Great presentation & flavor.

Broccoli Pesto Gnocchi: 3/5
- A bit underseasoned, but nice flavor.
- Nice change to typically pesto, and great presentation. Found it average.

Bread Service with Beef Suet: 5/5
- Sourdough was very good, just a bit too dark in some spots. Was devoured regardless.
- Pita, just wow. Great texture and mild flavor. Went great with the Beef Suet and had the best chew.
- Cracker was great too. Not sure if it goes too well with the Suet.
- “Candle” was pretty cool and yummy, but would love options for add ons to Bread Service. Would love to see Chef do Patè, or Jams as an add on to the service.

Confit Chicken Wings: 5/5
- Tender & Tasty, with a hint a of spice.
- Wonderful portion, maybe 6-8 wings. Drums and Flats.

Trout: 3.5/5
- Crispy Skin, and Tender Meat. I found a couple inedible bits, scales/fin bits?? Still nice but threw us off.
-Spinach and Cauliflower were tasty, but very simple.
- Soubise was delicious and made the presentation awesome.

Burger: 4/5
- Fries were nice and crispy.
- Perfectly cooked thin patties (2). A little sloppy to eat, I though the layering was a bit upside down. Well made burger, nonetheless.

Colombian Coffee Dessert: 4.5/5
- Decadent, perfect chocolate “snap”.
- Very sweet, but still great. The thin sheets of crisp chocolate pieces were the perfect addition of crisp texture needed in the dish.

Taste of India Dessert: 4/5
- Very well done, the “donuts” were wonderful. Dense, warm, and soak up all the goodness.
- The liquid nitrogen screamed for Instagram, and you can bet we took a quick video of it. Awesome.

Chef Jonathon's bundle of energy can be felt by his presence and his food presentations.
We enjoyed the Breakfast burger { prime aged beef/American cheese /egg in a basket bun) and the Heebster Smoke fish (hot smoked sturgeon/lakefish salad/salmon gravalax) and Lemon ricotta pancake. We went on a Sunday Brunch . Enjoyed the Jazz band playing at that time.
