Hailing from Florence, Italy, Adelmo Banchetti started his career in the food and beverage world at the tender age of 16. His work took him all over the world from ships to hotels, and finally, Dallas, Texas , where he worked at the legendary Fairmont Hotel’s Pyramid Room, the Mansion On Turtle Creek, and the Crescent Court Hotel. In 1989, he and his wife Eliza, who hails from the Mediterranean region, opened Adelmo’s Ristorante to rave reviews. Their love of family, friends, good food and wines is reflected, to this day, at Adelmo’s. We feature cuisine inspired by the Italian/ Mediterranean region as well as the herbs, spices and grains indigenous to its shores. Made with the freshest ingredients. Now, the tradition continues with their children Andrew and Lauren on board . We continue to be family owned and operated and offer award winning wine selections and personalized service, all in a rare old world setting.

Lamb chops, Seafood stew and Tim’s Milanese chicken were all superb as well as the shrimp scampi . Easter Sunday Bellini “special” = delicious! John did a fabulous job attentively waiting our table and providing outstanding recommendations and service.

The food is fantastic. Always have great specials and the options are many. Servers are always friendly and you are personally greeted when you enter. A family favorite for us and we frequent the restaurant at least a couple of times per month.

I love this restaurant. When flying out of life field. I always come here. The employees are like family and treat you that way as well. Lauren. Is awesome. She always comes by to greet you. Oh and the food. You can’t get better Veal scallopini or lobster bisque anywhere else. They greet you. With pickled veggies and fresh warm bread. YUM

This is one of our very favorite restaurants...anywhere! The service is wonderful and the food/wine choices are varied and authentic. The setting is well appointed and inviting. The ambiance is 'just right.' I highly recommend Adelmo's!

Jeffery’s service was outstanding as usual. Food was perfectly prepared. Tried the mushrooms with Jimmy’s sausage and they were great.
