Acreage, the first culinary venture from Stem Ciders, is a collaboration by Stem and Colorado Farmers, bringing you the freshest ingredients on the front range. Born from an inspiring landscape and dynamic team, Acreage brings the urban cider house experience found in Stem's RiNo restaurant and taproom, to the countryside with elevated dishes and views that are healthy for your soul.

Acreage is located about 5 minutes from downtown Lafayette with the best view in Colorado, with a huge outdoor space for all ages to enjoy. Playground, hammocks, mountain views and lots of Cider!

Had a big family birthday dinner with 12 of us and they accommodated us wonderfully - we did have reservations

Unfortunately not the best experience here. The reservation booking was a bit of a nightmare- I respect strict cancellation and time period policies but this was extreme. As soon as we sat down the waiter informed us that our 2 hour reservation had started.. it felt like a timed lunch break rather than a relaxing evening out with friends. The ciders were good, but the food was unfortunately bad. I got the salmon poke bowl and the flavors were fine but the rice was actually terrible. It tasted like rice you pulled out of the fridge after a few days- cold, crumbly and dry. I’ve been here before for happy hour and no complaints, but I wouldn’t order food here or attempt to go with a large group. Also wanted to note that the “gluten free” options are not celiac friendly.

Food was delivered fast and we were seated promptly with our reservation. Place was very busy. Fries were not hot. Salmon was cooked perfectly. Drinks were just OK - my "tart" drink was very sweet.

We went to Acreage with my family to celebrate my mom's 83rd birthday. The staff were rude. No welcome in or thanking us for coming at all. When we were leaving in fact, my mom waved at the hostesses to thank them and after she walked by my son heard them laughing about "old people". We had an issue with one of our meals(chicken ranch sandwich had no ranch and was very dry) and she gave excuses rather than solutions. We had to several times go find more condiments or drinks. Lastly, the food was awful and over priced. In general very bland. While the view is nice, I see why I saw some people bringing in their own food(pizza) and only ordering ciders.

Although this seemed like a fun environment, I do not think we will be back. Our service was a huge determining factor for this— he took a very long time to even come to our table after we sat down and then when we ordered we never saw him again. Never even came to ask if we needed anything or how the food was. When we were finished we stacked our plates on the table and was ready to pay as we have a toddler that was not having it anymore. Directly made eye contact with our server and he proceeded to go to every other table to help them besides ours. We eventually just had to have another serve check us out so we could leave after waiting about 20 minutes after we finished our food. Our server came to our table when he saw someone else checking us out but did not say anything or apologize for making us wait.

Host greetings, food, table, ambience, etc was so lovely. Our server, however disappeared for just over half an hour and we had to interrupt another server’s work to place an order for more drinks. It was my birthday and I had further plans that day so we had to leave right after that which was a bummer because we were planning on ordering more food, but didn’t have time once we got someone at our table. When our server did resurface it was to bring our drinks to the table that we placed with someone else and she apologized and said she was gone so long because she was “out back picking up trash” Yummy. 😵‍💫

Everything was wonderful but our poor server was busting his stuff trying to accommodate all his tables. Our meal took over two hours simply because he couldn't get around to get orders in super quick. Not his fault. Understaffed for sure.

Great spot to eat with the best views! Love their cider + cider cocktails and they have great cider donuts. I love getting their fries with the apple cider dip and their salads with salmon. Family friendly place.
