   Poor service followed by food that was either undercooked, (pork), or very late; if not for the amazing views, wouldn’t even consider a return visit

   We had a great time at Acreage and really enjoyed the variety in both cider flights—something for every palate. The outdoor play area was a big plus and kept the kids entertained while we waited. The food was flavorful and well-portioned; the shared plate easily fed two adults. The only downside was the slow service, which made the wait a bit longer than expected. Overall, a relaxed spot with great cider and a family-friendly vibe.

   we were kept waiting for nearly an hour before being able to order food and actual drinks. Apparently our first server went off shift after that hour and we had gotten water and nothing else for a solid hour. Wouldn’t have been an issue, but they kick you out of your table after two hours. Our second server was pretty Johnny on the spot and I think the first server set him up for failure in us being behind on ordering and eating. Just made the end of our meal somewhat unpleasant to know that we were being rushed as there were others waiting for that table. We drove nearly 45 minutes to hang out here, but will likely stay a bit more local next time.

   Sadly picked a busy night so meal took more than an hour to arrive and that even came in stages. The first three burgers ten minutes before the next two and my bratwurst arrived cooler than the plate so assume it sat a good while before joining the rest of the meal. The charcuterie order was good if you like gerkin pickles and a few slices of meat. The two-teaspoon pimento shareable was very good.

   Service was abysmal. It was 20 minutes before we had our drink order taken for two people. Food would have been very good if it wasn’t cold. Took an hour for them to bring out two appetizers and they were both cold. The cheese curds in the poutine felt like they were straight out of the fridge. Then before we could even take a bite of the apps, they brought out our entrees, which were also cold. It was stressful because they have a two hour limit on tables and we were getting close to the limit for no fault of our own. Would consider going back because the views and ciders are excellent.

   Horrible service. Kitchen was working fast but you could see all the food piling up and no servers coming to bring it out to customers. Sat down and ordered appetizers one of them never came out. We received the wrong item MULTIPLE times and when we tried to fix it we were given attitude by the servers. We were told multiple times we had a strict 2 hour time limit but it took us over an hour to get drinks and appetizers. Food was ice cold when it got to our table. Bad service and too bad because the view and food is very good.

   Excellent first experience. We made reservations online, they were ready for us when we arrived. We sat inside due to the wind but loved how much outdoor seating was available. Perfect for groups of all sizes. Impressive menu is ciders and food options. A few items were sold out, but not surprised because they sounded delicious. Started with a flight of ciders - highly recommend! Kids meal was cute served on a metal tray. Everyone enjoyed their food and the atmosphere, we will be back again soon.

    I brought my parents to Acreage to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Our reservations were at 6pm. When we ordered, one of dishes we ordered was not available. That’s fine, the waitress said she’d give us some time to look over the menu again. The problem is that one dish ordered got placed at that time, then 20 minutes later the waitress came back and placed everyone else’s order. This led to one dish coming out at 7 and the rest of the food not getting to the table until 7:40. It ended up being a really unfortunate experience because we couldn’t eat “together”. We’re very disappointed with how this was handled. We had no idea only one order was placed until it showed up, and we weren’t given any options to place everything at once so we could eat together. My mom was very upset everyone didn’t get the food at the same time so someone had to eat infront of everyone else waiting. It ended up really putting a damper on the birthday dinner.
