   The place is beautiful, the ambiance pleasant and the food is very tasty. We had the meatballs ( really good!) the spinach mushroom omelet with breakfast potatoes and the eggs benedict with ham instead of bacon. Everything was to my taste but: my dish was supposed to be accompanied by breakfast potatoes which were nowhere to be found. I asked for the potatoes and the waitress said they were going to bring them to me. It never happened. And another detail: The supposedly breakfast potatoes that my daughter had in her plate were overcooked smashed potatoes overcooked. Breakfast potatoes are cut in cubes, not like they served today. Also, they took forever to bring our order. So, I liked the place and I would be back to see if this was a special circumstance or if it is customary.

   Thankfully we made a reservation. However, the food was not worth the price. Very pricey for what you got. Also, my steak was over done and my wife’s steak was underdone. Also, don’t fall for the “fake ad” on their own website that they participate in the “1/2 off Specialty margarita.” It’s only if you’re sitting at the bar! So fake news unfortunately…not cool, false advertising. $240 for 3 margaritas(supposedly 1/2 off) 1 app, 1 side of Mac and cheese, 2 steaks (1-8 oz and 1-10 oz). Not worth it.

   Our chicken was not cooked and completely raw. Service was very kind on the other hand.

   While the starters were good (Waygu meatballs and biscuits,) my son’s Waygu burger was soggy. If you’re going to charge that much for a burger, don’t overload with sauces. He couldn’t finish it.

   Our waiter Ram greeted us with smile and was very attentive to our table without. Wing intrusive. He offered a complimentary dessert for my wife’s birthday. The restaurant had dim lighting which we like to make it the perfect romantic dinner. My New York strip was cooked to PERFECTION.

    Took 3.5 hours. Server Omar was awful. We complained to Tim the manager and he was terrible. They then added a 20% gratuity to the bill. Tim Said it was policy for groups larger than 6 and we pointed out we were only 6, not 6 or more. When we said that the auto gratuity was not disclosed when we booked or on the menu Tim said Texas law doesn’t require it to be disclosed. (Which we looked and it does). Would not recommend this place.

    I’m really sorry to hear about your experience with us — it’s clear we let you down, and I want to personally apologize for how the evening went. Waiting 3.5 hours and then feeling dismissed by both your server and our manager is unacceptable. That’s not the kind of service we aim to provide, and I’m truly sorry that’s how things unfolded. No one should leave a restaurant feeling frustrated, unheard, or misled. Regarding the automatic gratuity — I hear you. If we failed to clearly communicate that in advance, that’s something we are going to fix. I truly appreciate you bringing these issues to my attention.
