ACQUOLINA: Mouth-Watering.

Acquolina is an informal, yet elegant Trattoria & Pizzeria where you will find fine food and a fun atmosphere! We strive to provide an authentic Italian experience from plate, to glass, to environment. Please eat, drink, and enjoy! Our expansive menu, extensive wine list, and over 1000 liquor labels, and warm service team will give you a place to return to and share with friends and family.

Open nightly for takeout 5:00pm till Close. See you soon!

Acquolina outdoor patio, located along the restaurant sidewalk. Umbrellas with lighting and a comfortable spacing between tables.

PLEASE NOTE: Outdoor reservations are for OUTSIDE only, there is NO GAURANTEE to move inside even in the case of rain.

Reservation can be cancelled due to rain or an option will be presented for indoor dining depending on availability.

Delicious food!!!! Cute indoors. We were on the patio which was lovely except for the traffic in and out of the gas station next door. The patio is really on the sidewalk so there is a lot of foot traffic. Overall highly recommend.

We will return!! Outstanding food and service. I have several dishes I want to try. I had the mezzaluna and it was good and light. The bruschetta was outstanding. So fresh.

The food and service is as good as any Aspen resturant. The chicken parm is the best. We tried the grilled shrimp appetizer for the first time, this is a new favorite. Service took a bit of a hit the last two visits. We are very happy to report this has been fixed. The entire team was working together to creat a great presentation. A big negative is the music, it is simply to loud. This is new to Acquolina. This was a discussion at several tables. There are night club size speakers mounted to the walls. You can’t carry on a conversation. The staff has to struggle to hear. We did notice on a busy Friday night Acquolina was far less busy than other local resturants. They seem to have everything going in the right direction. But the loud music kills the Vibe.

Extremely poor value. We had high expectations based on various reviews. Acquolina failed to meet them. We ordered 2 non-alcoholic drinks, a small salad, an appetizer, and two plates of pasta. For this we had to pay more than $200.00! For pasta? The food was good, but nothing special, very ordinary. In addition, the service and the atmosphere were poor. We had to ask for everything, and we had to wait 30 minutes between the time we finished our appetizer and when our pasta was served. The space was loud and the tables were crammed together. We will not go back, nor would we recommend Acquolina.

We always have a delicious meal at Acquolina. The Branzino special is one of my favorites. The lasagna is great too.

Excellent Italian meal in trendy setting in downtown Aspen. Lovely wine selection. Delightful prosciutto and melted cheese appetizer on toasted breads. Carbonara was among the best we’ve ever had. Refreshing limon sorbet to cap it off. Regrettably, no room for an entree. Around $180 for two people (4 glasses of wine), which isn’t terrible by Aspen standards. FULLY stocked bar. Highly recommend

We have been to Acquolina many times. This is the first time we have been so disappointed. Restaurant was very stuffy. Doors and windows open but it was not cool enough to cool the rear of the restaurant with the pizza oven and kitchen putting out heat. In addition our appetizers came out very timely then a 45 minute wait for our entrees. The restaurant was only half full. Don’t know if short staffed but way too long between courses. We were very disappointed.
