   Nice atmosphere, excellent waiters, mediocre food. The main courses were under-seasoned and tasteless, and the salad was wilted and the dressing overly sour.

   Reservation was at the bar. Food was overall quite good, some things were excellent some average. Best perc of the evening was the bartender/ server. She was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable about the menu, great bartender, made the evening

   Food was great! Delicious salad and apps, followed by yummy pizza and pasta shared between all. Great place to bring if you are with kids - out of all ages lives it and had lots of options on the menu

   Everything was excellent appetizer, service , food was good the only negative things I can said is , I ask the waitress about the filet , what grade is the filet he don’t know . He ask the chef and the grade of meat was upper choice . I was very disappointed for the quality of the meat for $68 upper choice that’s a joke , if is prime is ok .

    My wife really loved our meal and time here! The food was excellent, it was very busy, but despite that our server was responsive to anything we needed. Noise level is "energetic" but that won't stop us from coming back again.

    Outstanding in every way. Incredible wine and bourbon list. The Italian recipes are delightfully traditional but above and beyond. The service and staff was so top notch—something you rarely find anymore. Bellissima!

    The food was delicious but there were waaaay too many people there. There was a woman with a walker who could barely get through! The tables were on top of each other! So, while the food was delicious, the overall dining experience was only ok.

    The food was amazing, the service was awesome, and the cocktails and wine are world class! While there are food options for every taste, the focus is on Italian food. If you are looking for authentic Italian food in Aspen, this is the place. We had the lasagna and the seafood linguini. The pizzas looked amazing and the menu description for the carbonara tells me the chef knows something about authentic Italian food. The attention and focus on service was not lost on this reviewer. Easy to make a reservation on OpenTable. Enjoy!

    No host when we arrived, Ordered the appetizer on special and it was overpriced for $50 for a ball of mozzarella, sliced tomato, shaved prosciutto. Ordered three different pasta dishes which were all flavorless and messed up pizza order. Service was slow.

    We’ve been to Acquolina before and we already thought it was amazing before now, but their New Year’s Eve dinner truly blew us away! My fiancé and I chose to do the early seating before fireworks in Aspen. We had so much fun, along with leaving very full and happy. All of the staff were so attentive and made the night an incredible one that we won’t forget. Anytime we go to Acquolina, every one is just so personable and welcoming! The food is incredible, and I don’t believe there’s a single item there that doesn’t taste delicious. We absolutely felt like the portion sizes and quality of the food were well worth the NYE price. We’ll actually be returning in a couple days for another dinner there, but just wanted to leave a review and show appreciation for all of their hard work on making NYE dinner so special. We are already planning on making this our next year’s NYE plans as well, that’s how wonderful it was.
