   This restaurant has one of the best Japanese happy hours in Houston!!! Great menu and great prices!!! The Hamachi cheek was excellent and I love the fried green beans.

   Great experience! Friendly service but it took a while for our server to greet and bring water. Sushi was amazing!

   Omakase was disappointing and pricey for what was being offered. It was a mixture of hot and cold plates, some being offered in their regular menu, and to be honest half of the foods I did not care for. For what you expect from an omakase, it was a subpar course and fish offerings were boring. Risotto was horrible as rice was mush. It was pretty bad. Why was it in the menu? Molten chocolate cake was good but was that special enough? Service was rushed and our waiter wasn’t the friendliest or the most on point waiter but it was a very busy night. Sauce pairings were missed a couple of times.

   Four gals celebrated Galentine‘s and had a wonderful meal and excellent service from Cali our server to Van the GM. The place was packed with valentine celebrations, but Cali never missed a beat taking care of us. It was my first time to meet her and would definitely ask for her again. The lychee martinis were stellar, and we enjoyed a combination of items, including tempura green beans, seaweed salad, spicy crispy shrimp, and an ahi tuna tower.

   Aburi never disappoints! And last night we tried some different items and we’re so glad we did. There was seasonal fried baby squid with some delightful sautéed brussels sprouts, and a very fresh and tasty seaweed salad. And of course I had my obligatory Lychee martinis while my friend had hot sake. Such a lovely meal!

   Great balance of Japanese and Vietnamese Options…. Try the snow crab rainbow roll. Chilean Sea Bass. Outstanding!

   Food was excellent. Service was impeccable with waiter cleaning up the slightest drop of soy sausage next to my plate. He was not hovering yet attentive. Chinaware and silverware were nicely paired for color and utility. Overall an excellent choice with a great lunch menu.

    Lovely place with great food and service. Really nice ambience (I am picky about how places feel) and a terrific happy hour
