   I can't say enough positive words about our experience at Abundance. The food, drinks, desserts were all amazing!! By far the best meal I've had since moving to Myrtle Beach 2 yrs ago. Well done Abundance!!

   We really enjoyed our meal there. Somewhat out of the ordinary for the Myrtle Beach area, but a delightful surprise. All food items were great. My filet was outstanding. The frites and the truffle frites were nothing distinguished, should be for that price, but the accompanying aioli was Devine. very quiet and we look forward to returning again when next on the Grand Strand.

   Everything was great, they were out of one of the dishes we ordered but it was handled in a professional manner and they offered up some other wonderful suggestions. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

   Appetizer Escargot was disappointing in prep and lacked in garlic taste, Main plates were good but guests thought meals were served late and arrived cold.

We were quite busy and your order was prepared and delivered as quickly as possible based on when your order was placed. It did seem like everyone ate and enjoyed their whole meal!    Great service, good ambience, good cocktails and food. They used to have good vegetarian options, not so this time but chef did whip up something from the ingredients.

   I definitely didn’t want to wait until tomorrow to write a review, which I seldom do. So to keep my food and the experience on my mind, overall, ABUNDANCE is and should be a true gem of culinary experience in Myrtle Beach. The quality of food was amazing to say the least. My group started off with a good amount of oysters (PEI at the moment) and the foie gras duo. The oyster of the moment was exceptional. They chose quality for their oyster and they complimented them very well with their homemade mignonette. The foie gras duo was also amazing. On one side they lightly seared the gras to bring out that buttery creamy notes and on the other they amplified the silky,intense flavors; both of which were complimented with tart and sweet notes. For the main, we had selected the elk chops and the kangaroo tenderloin. Let me tell you, I haven’t had any of these meats, but the way the chef of ABUNDANCE prepared the dishes were phenomenal. The elk had an amazing coffee rub dressing placed on top of this hearty collard greens and what I seem to recall some type of radish. The dish came with this amazing, savory sauce that proved to complement and showcase the elk. Also to showcase was the way the kangaroo was prepared. The kangaroo was coated in pistachios and it was cooked beautifully. It came with a few micro greens, tendrils, and a vegetable puree and wisp of air (or that foam technique chefs use). Then table side layered a savory meat sauce to bring it all together. I’ve never had kangaroo before and the way they prepared and cooked the meat was tender, juicy and delicate. Amazing. So we can’t leave without dessert but if the comment above hasn’t persuaded to go to ABUNDANCE, three words: DUCK FAT CAKE. Note to ABUNDANCE: you should really find a way to trademark the way you make this cake, find a distributor and package it and sell it retail. The cake was just a sweet, buttery, caramel chew texture on top that is just…heavenly. Go to ABUNDANCE for the experience

    First time, excellent service and great food. Owner Will has a good table side manner and was glad to tell us about the restaurant and the food. New waitress Anna was on point and took great care of us.
