above par is young and vibrant. A boutique Middle Eastern restaurant located in the heart of Sydney's CBD, a stroll down from the QVB - an airy, glass walled corner space nestled on Clarence St, capital to best bars of the city.

Experience greenery surrounded outdoor seating area or walk up the stairs that open up to the pink themed dining room filled with wine bottles.

Start with a cocktail then get your hands on signature puffy bread baked on order and dig into a dip, share a meze or two from all made-in-house produce with your loved ones and enjoy char grilled meats at its best accompanied with one of the great selection of 100+ wines. Finish off with baklava or künefe to fully spoil yourself.

Ideal for corporate lunches as well as lively dinners, above par delivers 2-hour sittings commencing from the time of the reservation. For groups of 10+ we offer our set menu only. All guests must be 18+ for dinner seatings.

Live DJ spinning tracks from 6pm Thursday to Saturday evenings.

We sat outside, separated from the Clarence St footpath by a screen of shrubbery. Close enough to get the city atmosphere but far enough to have some privacy. Service was excellent, food was very good but portions a little small compared with other Lebanese restaurants. Would go again.

Good to find excellent Turkish food in the CBD. The flavours are authentic, the service is attentive but not intrusive, and the wine list had good choices.

This was our first time visiting and everybody in the group absolutely loved the experience. The decor was beautiful, food incredible and wait staff very accomodating and helpful. Highly recommend and will be visiting again very soon. Thank you so much
