Abejas is a community oriented restaurant that focuses on using local and seasonal produce, organic meats and fish, and proudly serves beverages from surrounding craft distilleries and breweries. You will feel the historical connection when you walk into the restaurant and see the reclaimed barn wood, doors and corrugated metal that has been transformed into a cozy and comfortable restaurant. This is by far, my favorite Golden stop for dinner and drinks. Abejas rivals the best in Denver, with a local vibe and excellent service, quality and super creative food and drink.
