   Horrible experience at dinner today. Made dinner reservation and had no idea they were only doing a buffet all day long. The food was disgusting. I found a hair in my chicken. All the food was cold and looked like it had been sitting out all day. Most of the food trays were practically empty. Service was horrible. It felt like a total scam. Management should be horrified at the experience that was given to Mothers on their special day.

   if there were a lower option than a 1 start, it would have been chosen. im a neighborhood resident who frequently dines here. i decided to bring my family, including my wife and mother in law, here for mother’s day. i was completely unaware at the time of making reservations there would only be a buffet service. i had never known of a&m to host an event like this, so i was a bit concerned to learn of this when checking in with the hostess. as it turns out, my concerns were admittedly validated. our reservations were for 6pm. what little food was left in the chaffing dishes which were placed in the hallway outside of the event center, was ice cold as the containers were not even lit. people continued to walk in and out of the entrance and exit and grab the desserts that were also just sat out in the hallway. this was very unsanitary and we let the manager know. because the other “more familiar” side wasn’t open, my party decided to leave. the annual experience was completely ruined, and there’s no telling if the same group of people will still be around to do it again in 2026. what a shame.

   A favorite restaurant of ours. Will go there and order off menu any day and only have nice things to say. Their holiday buffets though.. can’t help but say I’m disappointed.

   Pretty atmosphere. Probably would be good on a different day. We went for Mother’s Day brunch and they were totally overwhelmed. Brunch food trays empty in need of replenishment, didn’t get our drinks til we were nearly done with our meal. Really failed in almost every way.

   Mother's Day brunch very disappointed. Finally seated 30 minutes after reservation time. There were empty tables. They wanted to seat us outside, I do not eat outside. Food selection less then previous brunches. Bacon, sausage were not warm. Waffles were made in bunches back in the kitchen and were barely warm, tasteless, and hard. They seemed very disorganized, not prepared. No salt and pepper for every table. They have to do better for what they were charging.

   The service was great. The dining area was very nice. The Mother’s Day buffet was nice but I wouldn’t say worth $42.

   Mother’s Day Brunch. Were never offered refills on coffee or other beverages. No waffles at 12:00? Seriously? As a person who doesn’t eat meat, I ate cold pasta and lettuce with dressing. We waited almost 30 minutes before we even saw our waitress to get our check. Embarrassing and disappointing for our party and for $42. No one hardly ate anything
