Service sucked. It was a late Sunday lunch at 1pm, it was not busy but the server couldn’t be found anywhere. It was my friend’s bday, the desert came with a candle but I had to stand up and get someone’s attention to get them to light the candle. I don’t recommend this place. Though it’s by the water there are other places that have better service and better menu.

My family & I love going to A+O Restaurant & normally have no complaints at all. Unfortunately, this last visit lacked with our waiter. When he brought out our drink order we requested straws for our drinks & had to ask multiple times throughout the evening - we never received them. I ordered another drink, he brought out 2. Then we asked for boxes for our leftovers - & it took over 25 mins! The manager (I’m assuming) ended up getting boxes & a bag for us. I didn’t complain or make it an issue because it was Thanksgiving & I appreciate that they’re working on a holiday & I try to be sympathetic of that. I was going to tip 50% of our bill as a thank you to whomever was our waiter, but ended up only tipping 25%. It wasn’t very busy when we were there, so I’m not sure why the lack of service. Food was really good, as always.

The food was average at best, the best part of our meal was the fries. There’s barely any selection on the menu, so if you’re looking for variety you have an option of about 15 items. The service wasn’t great. We asked for an iced tea to be refilled 3 times before it was taken care of. The food is absolutely overpriced for the quality of the food. They charge an extra $10 just to add chicken to a Caesar salad, which is quite frankly ridiculous. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The best part was the music.

Worst experience at a restaurant! Waited 45 mins to be seated after we checked in for our reservation. The hostess was waiting for someone to clean our table when we checked in. We watched multiple servers and bussers walk past the table without picking up a single thing to clear the table. Then (45 mins later), the manager goes to the dirty table to seat a different party at the table we were waiting to be seated at. After I told her we had been waiting for that table, she asked if I would be okay waiting for the next table to be cleaned and then seated. I put my foot down and said no and explained the situation. She apologized and sat us at the dirty table. Our waters had Tajín in the glass- gross. The only thing good about the place was the food. Lucious was a really nice server who took care of us after the terrible “morning server” clocked out. They ended up taking care of the bill. But overall, it ruined our entire lunch vibe. Pretty disappointing since it was my sisters first time dining here.

The location, setting, and food are all fantastic. However, the hostess service is terrible. We went for the second time this month and both times the folks at the hostess stand seemed completely flustered on how and when to seat us at our table. We had reservations both times and there were multiple open tables when we arrived, but both times we were told we had to wait "until a table was set up". Last night we arrived 15 minutes early to an almost empty restaurant and were told we would have to wait 15 minutes for our table to be set up. There were numerous open tables! We ordered drinks at the bar and waited for 15 minutes before I returned to the hostess stand to ask about our table. I was again informed that they needed more time to set up our table (there were only 3 of us! How hard can that be?). Then, we were finally walked to a blank table (no settings at all!) that had been open the entire time since our arrival. Nothing was set up. This is a shame because the food and atmosphere are great, but the task of seating guests seems to be above the ability level of the hostess staff. We will not be back.

I brought my 81 year old mother here as a treat. The prices are high for the portions you receive & though our server was very lovely, the service was slow especially being on a Mon at 11:30am, one of our items ordered was forgotten & it all ultimately disappointed my mother. Perhaps our server was new? We agreed that we would come back just for drinks, the Maui Wowee fries which are delicious & a side Cesar salad. This would be a great happy hour location & the ambiance is amazing.

Best Huevos Rancheros I have ever had! Delicious! My husband liked his omelette too. But the stars were the Huevos Rancheros and the lovely employees who helped us on the dock get into our boat and get out of the tight space.

We sat outdoors and enjoyed the marina view. Our waitress Deanna was so friendly and full of personality- really enjoyed her personality. We ordered a burger, battered taco and a clam chowder soup, everything was delicious!! Enjoyed the spring mock tail perfect as a summer drink- very refreshing.

Great location to relax and watch the big boats float by. I'm sure that others will find the food fabulous , but so much of it was heavy- The grilled and stuffed artichoke heart was a frustrating and messy dish - could have used some advice on how to attack it. Elote appetizer was a giant wad of mostly deep fried cheese in a really yummy dipping sauce. The 3 fish tacos were gigantic - enough for 2. not complaints- just observations. The burger with onion jam - tasty! great fries. Cocktails seemed light on the spirits. Salt and pepper shrimp - a generous serving with anode dipping sauce. Overall, I'd go again, and just try to find lighter food.

Our server was great…. Once we got service. We waited for 20 minutes at our table with menus and three servers walked past us in that timeframe. Finally a female server stopped to take our order. After that point all was well.

The original hostess took forever to sit us down even with a reservation. Then we sat by the bar and ordered some drinks. Since it was taking forever we decided to order at bar and told them if food comes and we are seated will let them know. Upon getting seated the hostess seemed dissapointed that we ordered at bar Place is nice and atmosphere is cool But we gotta work on some of the staff as our experience was terrible in that regard.
