A+O Restaurant | Bar, Balboa Bay Resort’s waterfront restaurant and bar featuring casual California cuisine, is the place to enjoy food and drinks with friends and family. Featuring expertly crafted cocktails, local brews, and shareable plates, the restaurant’s nautical inspiration reflects the Bayfront setting. Guests can enjoy casual indoor and outdoor seating, including fire pits and live entertainment.

We accept reservations of all sizes. On special holidays, your table will be reserved for 1 hour 30 minutes for parties up to 2; 2 hours for parties up to 6; and 2 hours 30 minutes for parties up to 7+.

The food was amazing I ment to share my appetizer but it was so good I ordered another for my boyfriend. I finished my food and wanted more but was stuffed and couldn’t go back for more. Everyone was friendly and the view was amazing too.

We ordered the mussels and a side of caesar salad. Both were tasty, but the mussels were tiny. I would probably try something else next time. For the entrees we had the fish tacos and hamburger. The fish tacos were spot on and with the homemade tortilla, it made the experience that much better. My husbands burger was well done (ordered medium), and didn't complain...he just ate it. The bacon jam is a must! The service was just ok. We were seated for 25 min. before our waiter came by...We ordered drinks and appetizers. We were also ready to order or main dishes, but he said he'll be right back. That was about 20 min. later. He seemed pre-occupied, but at least he was pleasant. Dylan, the one that fills glasses with water was the most talkative and attentive. He really should be a server! The outdoor seating was fantastic. Perfect weather! The live music was a little loud, but he only played for 15 min while we were there. Overall, we'd go back because everything was good and the scenery was great!

We made reservations for Saturday night at 7:45pm. The place was packed and so loud noise. Wish I knew so we could had booked to outside table.

Beautiful lunch for Mother's Day, stunning views of the bay and the boats, lunch was amazing, club sandwich is definitely big enough to share!!! Great service, manager was attentive and helping the wait staff which is always admirable, look forward to dining at A&O again very soon, thank you for a wonderful experience!!!!l

We went on a Saturday night and sat on the patio. Ambience was fantastic. Heat lamps to keep you warm. Food was delicious, service was excellent. We will definitely be back!
