Always such a warm welcome, and every bite is a delicious. The subtle layering of flavors is truly exciting. This season’s sugar snap pea salad is a standout—perfectly balanced and full of bright, fresh flavor. The focaccia is hands-down the best we’ve ever had—and we’ve enjoyed our fair share of excellent bakery bread. We shared the spring risotto and eggplant polpettes, and both dishes were perfect. Drinks were equally impressive. I had the "Ramps on Fire," a mezcal-based cocktail that was skillfully crafted—not too sweet, just right. The staff were gracious, engaging, and knowledgeable about the menu. A fantastic evening all around. Thank you!

We've been waiting for some time to try this restaurant. It's so highly rated, but difficult to get in. The wait is over and it was certainly worth it. The food was amazing, and the staff was so friendly. A real gem for Noblesville.

Handcrafted Unique Concoctions delivered with excellent service. Tried Fried thing (Korean chicken) with pickled papaya and foccaicia, both very good. Duck egg pasta with shrimp very spicy but good, paella (with duck and mussels excellent and generous portion), and tomahawk pork chop (slightly overcooked) with Okinawa potato salad very good. Star was the Pistachio Basque cheesecake while the rhubarb & blueberry trifle was good but missing rhubarb. Mixed drinks excellent--tried 5 different unique specials. Price $100/pp w/o tip.
