Bistro
Neighborhood Bistro offering a diverse menu inspired by seasonal and local ingredients, our small dining room of just nine tables and four bar seats boasts exposed brick & original hardwood floors. Chef Samir & his wife Rachel welcome diners into this intimate space in the heart of Old Town Noblesville.

With a menu that changes every one to two months, a full bar with an eclectic wine list, craft cocktails & mocktails and local beers on tap, we encourage you to try something new at every visit.

Our concept is globally-inspired Bistro fare - we draw inspiration from our own world travels and places on our bucket list to create dishes that will nourish your body and soul. We care deeply about food and where it comes from. We use fresh, local ingredients whenever it is practical, and make nearly everything from scratch. We love sharing our food and hospitality with the Noblesville community!

This is our favorite restaurant in town. The burrata is unmatched and a must have when we go! My husband ordered the salmon pasta and it was amazing! I had the Seafood bastilla. While it was good, it wasn’t my favorite thing I have eaten there, but still so delicious and was really just more of a preference than anything wrong with the dish itself. The ambiance and service is unmatched and we cannot wait to go back!

Food is really delicious and usually several unique/new things to try. Service is friendly and responsive. Portion size / value for the money is lacking.

An absolutely delightful birthday dinner at 9th Street Bistro. Their team approach to service coupled with an expertly crafted rotating seasonal menu is the recipe for a fantastic dining experience. It was truly hard to decide which cocktails, small bites, and entrées to choose. We especially loved the focaccia + olive plate with garlic & herb butter as well as the smoked salmon pasta dish.

We have dined at 9th Street Bistro several times, and have been consistently impressed. This time was for the debut of their June, 2024 menu. Wonderful, creative and fresh offerings. We shared the Scallop Aguachile (the lime juice marinade had just the right amount of heat), and enjoyed the nicely seasoned Seafood Bastilla (shellfish en croute) and perfectly grilled pork porterhouse with a kale, sweet potato and leek salad. As a bonus, it was Wednesday, which is half-price wine night, and sommelier Sarah helped us choose a lovely Australian cabernet (the wine list continues to be excellent across a broad price range). We finished with a chocolate caramel torte that was delightful. Thank you, Chef Samir and Rachel. See you again soon.

We ordered 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, dessert, 2 cocktails and a bottle of wine. Our bill was about $350 ($85 for the wine). The cocktails were spot on, but the food sadly underdelivered. Deviled eggs with crab - on the menu it says "creamy yolk topped with snow crab". Our serving had no egg yolk at all, simply egg white filled with crab meat. The creamy component was missing entirely. Fig and Pig tartlet - too sweet, couldn't really taste the bacon. More bacon, or maybe blue cheese crumbles would help to temper the sweeteness of the fig jam and add the creamy component. Seafood filled puff pastry - very very salty, also missing any kind of sauce. Seafood is lean and puff pastry is dry also, there was no binding sauce in the dish, either inside or over the dish. Butter chicken was a well put together dish, we enjoyed this one. However, on the menu it said "de-boned chicken" and our serving was definitely with the bones in. Chocolate cheesecake had little chocolate flavor, the chocolate drizzle on the plate tasted like Hershey's syrup - very sweet but not chocolatey. The intense chocolate flavor was just not in the dessert. Overall, while the dish concepts were all good, they seemed under-executed. Service was very good, the ambiance of the place also good.

Hi Maria - thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We are sad that this is the first we're hearing of your disappointment, as we strive to check in with every guest throughout the meal - we would have been happy to prepare something else for you. We do appreciate your feedback, as it is helpful for our Chefs' consideration, and for our service team to understand. Regarding the Butter Chicken, we leave one bone intact on the airline wing, but the breast and thigh are de-boned. This is something that is typically explained when the dish is delivered, and I apologize that wasn't the case in your experience. Your total with wine, gratuity and tax came to $258, which certainly warrants a better experience than the one you've described. We hope you'll give us another chance.

As always, dinner was perfection! The thought and intentionality that goes into not only the food, but also the service and environment, is second to none. Chef Samir and Rachel truly have created a gem in downtown Noblesville. Michelin star worthy!!

The menu items we got all tasted very similar and lacked diversity in flavors. The cocktails were very good and the service was speedy but almost felt rushed. Would like to come back to try new menu items.
