   Our server Jada was great and took care of our table with all of our requests to ensure we had a great experienece. Will gladly come back.

   Food and service were both very good. Noise level was enough to keep us from enjoying it all. No visible signs of noise reduction efforts, just an abundance of hard wood surfaces

   Restaurant is too noisy, maybe you find that scale of loud a testament to your popularity, but all it really is everyone screaming to be heard. The food was good, but was looking for more depth of flavor than the use of heat to elevate the dishes. Service was very good. Hostess rude. You really should consider consulting with an acoustics expert to make yourselves better.

   First time at 801 Local although have dined at 801 Chop multiple times before. Atmosphere is very noisy, but the food and service negated the fact it was difficult to converse. Our server Dani was very pleasant and attentive. An excellent dining experience

   We had a great experience in the bar during the happy hour. The service was a bit slow at the beginning but redeemed itself. We ordered both the HH bites and a salad and entree from the main menu. The manager stopped by our table twice and everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. Thank you!

   Our server was professional, polite, and awesome. The tuna tataki was great and so was the dessert. However, the $22 oysters were a disappointment. The person who opens them did not know how to shuck them. The ouster meat was small and there was no liquor in the shell. Essentially just slightly moist when then cane to the table. That was the only disappointment. If you need a restaurant to be not noisy, this is not the place for you. The restaurant is extremely loud.

   Always a lovely time. Food and service are outstanding, and the restaurant maintains a classy, but informal, ambiance that is very welcoming. A family favorite!
