   Great and friendly service from Madelyn. Ask for her you won’t be disappointed. Even the manager Tabor was extremely friendly and made sure our meal was prepared perfectly. Thanks for a great evening.

   Overall the service was very slow and food took a long time to come out. Totally different experience from last time I was there.

   The food was good. I definitely enjoy 801 chophouse better. I can say it was a little disappointed with the lobster bites that was on an appetizer. I got mostly fried onion and not lobster so that was a little disappointing. I also was a little upset. I have 801 prime rewards and I wanted to use my rewards with my friends and I wasn’t able to even though we were all splitting the checks and it clearly says each check so.

   We love this place but the food was not as good as expected this time. The mashed potatoes were gummy and the asparagus was undercooked, almost raw. Other than that the service was great and the noise level was just fine.

   Staff was great from start to finish. Food came quickly and well prepared. Mixed drinks were well made.

   Went for brunch, shared the omelette with the mushroom, asparagus cheese and crab meat on top. It was delicious and very filling. Also ordered the poached salmon salad, and my husband got the shrimp Lewis salad I ended up bringing the salmon salad home for dinner. My husband ordered an extra shrimp Louie salad to bring home for dinner.

   Our experience at 801 local was poor, we ordered a glass of wine that was $10 a glass, but was clearly opened previously. It tasted flat, we asked twice about if it was opened fresh or if we could get something else, they seemed annoyed at the question and did not offer any solution. There was only one waitress out on the patio, she worked very hard all day, but it took over 30 minutes to get our first round of drinks, and multiple tables got their food Before us, even though they had ordered after. The food was very overpriced for what was served, the watermelon and Barada salad with chicken was $32 and was not anywhere near the portion or quality that someone would expect for a $32 salad. Overall, the experience was a bit overpriced and we wished that there could’ve been a little bit more consideration for quality considering the prices.

   Our server Jada was great and took care of our table with all of our requests to ensure we had a great experienece. Will gladly come back.
