This is my favorite noodle place. Whenever I’m at Red Rock I make sure I indulge in some of the Ramen, Gyoza and other delicacies. The service is wonderful and everything is cooked fresh to order. The restaurant is clean and open. Just the best! Give it a try!

Excellent noodle place, causal fast service excellent. We has pork belly buns and beef chow fun, as well as Hong Kong noodles. All were delicious.

We had a wonderful lunch. The food was amazing and the server Mandee made our experience even more delightful. She was a wonderful server, made great food suggestions. Everyone in the party really enjoyed every bite. We will definitely be back soon.

Good food a little high priced but good. Very small dining area if you go make a reservation early. They were turning away a lot of people, dining room only has about 6 tables. Even before COVID their dining room was small.

The 8 Noodle Bar is a solid place to eat. The food is always outstanding and we crave the miso ramen between our visits. It's a really small place, so you'll want to make a reservation, but that also helps it feel quaint. The waiters always take very good care of us. Last time we were there, we had the salt and pepper shrimp and it was delicious! We love coming to the 8 Noodle Bar.

Food was delicious, our server was nice, bar drinks took forever to get to the table. Our appetizer arrived before our drinks, not the servers fault though. Overall a great dinner. We will be back!

We had reservations for 1 pm ... Our table was ready when we arrived...
We both ordered the steak special .... It was cooked perfectly... And one of the most tender steaks I have ever had.
Food and service was outstanding .... Our waiter Bobby was fantastic and humorous.

We frequent this restaurant just about every week. The variety of Asian choose is really good and most of all, the food is excellent. With a couple of exceptions, we have tried everything on the menu. As for service, it is also very good even with those that prepare the food. It is extra special to go there and have the staff remember us. Keep up the great work!!
