   When we arrived, no one acknowledged that we were there. We stood there for a few minutes and then walked around the entire restaurant to see if we were missing a reception area or someone to seat us, and still no one acknowledge that we were there. I could hear the server just having a personal conversation with 2 customers, and I said excuse me and asked if this was the correct place, and she said yes but looked annoyed at me and continued her personal conversation. So we left.

   We did not dine at the restaurant. No one ever greeted us to be seated, so we left.

   Food there always amaze us. For the price charged, it tastes as good as some 5-star places. With Hyatt Gold Passport Diamond membership, you may even get about 10% discount.

   We got a new waitress this time. She is polite and everything, but doesn't know the menu very well and double charged us for a glass of wine. We were disappointed at first, then our usual waiter came along. He made the difference: bring us the usual dish, taking care of our requests quickly... We still love this place!

   Food here is really great value for money. Try Atlantic salmon main dish for only $14! We arrived late due to bad weather and flight delay; amazingly the restaurant staff (the lady who waited on us before) is still there ready to serve. I have to admit she is not as welcoming as she normally would be (probably it's time for her to close down the bar), but our food is well served regardless. Guess we should not complain at 11:30pm!

   Dinner is great for the price paid (consider it's within a hotel)! Consistent quality. Good location for casual dining and conversation. Several waiters actually remember what you usually order if you frequent this restaurant...

   This restaurant is one of two in the Hyatt Hotel off campbell rd. So it was slightly difficult to figure out where the 701 Bar & Grill was inside of the complex as there are no real signs. However, this should not deter you from spending an elegant evening here. It certainly gave off a relaxed vibe with stout drinks and a great atmosphere.
