64 Goodge Street is a new restaurant from Woodhead Restaurant Group, which opened in early August 2023. A former travel agent in our beloved Fitzrovia (64’s older siblings Portland and Clipstone are just round the corner), we were hugely excited by the opportunity this blank slate of a site afforded us.

We’ve been able to build from the bottom up, and therefore design every inch of space to meet our hope for 64 Goodge Street. Namely, that it is a space in which guests feel utterly taken care of.

We are open Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner. We very much hope to see you soon.

Superb choice a la carte menu - Ashley (FOH) was very knowledgeable & explained all elements of the menu to us . Lovely jaguar green decor . Recommend a visit

One of the best French restaurants in London. Outstanding classical French cooking with huge depths of flavour, the cooking was highly technical with great understanding of flavour, without being pretentious. The quail with albufera sauce to start was a showcase of the high skill of cooking here. The lamb main course with merguez and apricot was faultless, cooked to perfection with such complex flavours, and the side of Pommes Anna was the best I’ve ever had, delicious and indulgent it could’ve been its own course. To finish for dessert, the creme diplomat and gariguette strawberry mille-feuille with strawberry sorbet was delightful. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, just the right noise level to enjoy conversation without feeling stuffy. Even though the cooking is high level without losing the charming neighbourhood bistro feel. The service was lovely throughout, although towards the later end of lunch it felt a little less attentive. Overall, this is an excellent restaurant and I would definitely return!

Value is hard to determine. Everything is expensive these days including 64. But if you need a reliable place with consistently delicious and inventive food, this is an excellent choice. And I had raviole with Comte cheese. Heaven.

The entire experience was phenomenal. I’m gluten free and the staff was reassuring. Best gf bread ever!!! The best food I’ve had in a long time. I feel lucky to have dined in such an establishment.. the entire staff needs a congratulations!!! The Saucier is simply the best !
