64 Goodge Street is a new restaurant from Woodhead Restaurant Group, which opened in early August 2023. A former travel agent in our beloved Fitzrovia (64’s older siblings Portland and Clipstone are just round the corner), we were hugely excited by the opportunity this blank slate of a site afforded us.

We’ve been able to build from the bottom up, and therefore design every inch of space to meet our hope for 64 Goodge Street. Namely, that it is a space in which guests feel utterly taken care of.

We are open Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner. We very much hope to see you soon.

The entire experience was phenomenal. I’m gluten free and the staff was reassuring. Best gf bread ever!!! The best food I’ve had in a long time. I feel lucky to have dined in such an establishment.. the entire staff needs a congratulations!!! The Saucier is simply the best !

I have yet to be disappointed at Goodge Street. This time we were there for a birthday lunch, so not paying too much attention to the budget. Of the snacks, the snail bonbons and the cheese gougeres were mouthwatering. A trout starter with an outstanding tomato sauce just pipped the navarin of lamb bouillon to the post. We both chose the lobster special, which, as well as being delish, was also just the right size. A bottle of a 'baby meursault' from the seductive wine list was a perfect match. We also indulged in puds; and eaux de vies with our coffee (this was a blowout!) and the bill was still less that it would have been for one of us only, without wine, at the Michelin 2 star I had been contemplating. Service throughout was charming and friendly. The room was filled with the hum of contented eaters.

Excellent good value lunch menu, fresh, good quality, interesting and well presented. Attentive ,friendly service. Mentioned in advance that it was the birthday of one of our group,and there was a birthday card on the table for them on arrival.

Lovely restaurant setting with warm-welcoming staff. Food is brilliant - you get more than you imagined for the price of the menu. Went for a birthday celebration and the staff kindly prepared a birthday card, really thoughtful touch! Will definitely come back.

What a great meal. They had a lactose free menu for me which made it easy. My husband enjoyed his food as well. Every bite was delicious. The rabbit was outstanding. I almost licked the plate. We left happy and satisfied

Consistently high quality food, seasonal produce, good wine selection and friendly service. This represents both quality and value fine dining in Central London. A rarity indeed.
