Sixty-One Prime was delicious and the waiter was so very attentive. He helped us pick a fantastic wine when they did not have the one we wanted. He knew which one was similar. The food was amazing! Everyone in our party had something different and all walked away exceptionally pleased. We sat out on the patio and listened to live music. It really could not have been a better experience. We ordered appetizers, meals and deserts and everyone loved everything that they had. The kindness of the waiter and wonderful suggestions was much appreciated!

The dinners were delicious! Loved the hydroponic garden salad with pistachios and green goddess dressing. Also the grilled carrots and filet were different and tasty. The service was excellent from the maitre 'd Charles to our server.

We thought this would be fine dining. Some of our food was served not even warm. Food was just of. Spoke to several people at the resort and many went into Marathon to eat. Must agree we would do the same

It was my birthday!! We had the most polite waitress! I ordered the beet salad with fresh mozzarella cheese for an appetizer. I ordered the filet with a side of sautéed mushrooms. Cooked perfectly. My husband ordered the chicken. He would have preferred the tenderloin. Fresh hot bread brought to the table too! We shared a single serving of multi-level of decadent chocolate cake with a candle on the top!

Ate outside where it turns out they were calling Bingo. Server was kind and knowledgeable about the menu. We didn’t receive our bottle of wine until our dinner was 1/2 thru. They didn’t have what we ordered so he brought us a bottle $20 more than our original order. My lentils were not cooked thoroughly. Food was ok. Prices are too high for the taste and the experience.

Excellent service and great food!! Best steak in the Florida Keys! Host Charles was very welcoming and friendly! Daneisa our server was very knowledgeable about menu and was very kind! Ryan the manager checked in on us and was also very friendly and professional. Would def recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a 5 star dining experience in the Florida Keys!

We had an 8pm reservation for the Easter Buffet. The food was excellent, even though they ran out of a few things (I think it's awful that the last seating doesn't get the full experience!) After that it was all downhill. We felt rushed, they started putting things away b4 9pm. Dessert was picked over by the time we got to it. But the worse part of all was that it started to rain, and we were sitting outside. All of a sudden screaming kids were everywhere, and the restaurant did nothing to maintain any type of amibience. We were not happy! There's more, but I think I made our feeling clear. We're going to try again tonight with the regular menu inside...we shall see how that goes.

I made reservations based on the menu and even had nice call the day before confirming our Easter reservation. We ate steaks & shrimp at Amber & Ale (another restaurant located in Hawk's Cay), the night before and it was delicious, so we had even higher expectations for Sixty-One Prime. We arrived to find out it was buffet style. The food selection and presentation were great, as was the service. The food was average at best, not $85 per person. Disappointed.

This restaurant was really good. Our server Mike was super nice and helpful. We got the hydroponic lettuce salad which was good but a little underdressed and I usually like it light anyway. My husband got the tuna entree which was great and I got a filet with chimichurri which was perfectly cooked. They made me sautéed spinach on request which was also well done. My family split the molten chocolate cake which they devoured. We’ve found it hard to find good food in this area but this restaurant I would definitely recommend.

We had a very pleasant welcome by Charles from MA. Our waitress Dineisa was wonderful and while the scallop dish and the kids 4 oz filets were excellent, my excuse for a 12 oz bone in filet that was over cooked was a serious let down for the price of $68. Worst steak at a “steakhouse” I have ever consumed.

The food was disappointing at best. The steak that I ordered (ribeye) was very expensive and the size and quality was poor. The steak was also overcooked. I was very disappointed, particularly given the price point. The only upside was good service and decent cocktails.

For a fine dining experience this does not meet the mark… you are better off ordering pizza from the market place. The service, food and overall experience was poor. Save your money and get a nice meal when you go home!

I think staff was trying their best but it was disappointing. Took forever to get water, a drink and had to ask multiple times for bread. 8 pm reservation didn’t get food until 930 and needed bread. Screaming baby inside asked to be move outside and 2 little boys were playing football and ball hit table and I yelled at them? What are you parents thinking. A baby in restaurant at 8, poor think was exhausted. And you might be on vaca but you never get not to be a parent

The main restaurant in the hotel on the Florida Keys did not have lobster per the menu. This is poor planning across the board. Drive 5 miles south or north and buy some. Good grief. The poor food and bar service was also not up to the Hawk Cay standard. 45 minutes to get a drink and pretzel was terrible. Jason at the oasis bar was awesome. Very professional and high standard.

Very friendly service. Parking is very difficult as it is in a resort and they wanted 25.00 to valet a few feet from restaurant. Indoor seating was very very cold so we went outside. It's near the pool so families were enjoying their time but it also meant lots of screaming kids. Food selections were great in that there were nice options and beautiful presentation. Pricey however. Food tasted great but unfortunately we both got ill afterwards - that night and all the next day. We would not go back

Food was awful!! You pay $75-80 for steak and all the different types we ordered at no flavor at all. Even the Wagu. Service was good but food was just terrible for that price. Very disappointed. No wonder the restaurant was empty

The wrong steak was brought out and at the wrong temp Crab cakes were burnt Scallops, shrimp and tuna were really good though Service was slow as a result of the kitchen having very limited capacity Same story at breakfast
