   I had the pleasure of taking my wife, Angela, to 53 By The Sea for a special Mother’s Day brunch—and let me tell you, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The panoramic oceanfront view set the perfect backdrop for a day meant to honor the queen of our family. Elegant, peaceful, and immaculately designed—53 By The Sea knows how to deliver a first-class experience. Our server, Karen, was truly exceptional. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and warm demeanor ensured our entire brunch was flawless. She anticipated every need, from refilling drinks to guiding us through the menu, and her service added a personal touch that made the day unforgettable. The menu? Outstanding. From the fresh island fruit and buttery croissants to the perfectly seasoned seafood Benedict and Wagyu Loco Moco—every bite was masterfully plated and deeply satisfying. The champagne flowed freely, and dessert was the perfect sweet finale to a beautiful meal. Thank you, 53 By The Sea, for making our Mother’s Day celebration one for the books.    The view can’t be beat and the food was fresh and lovely. Staff attentive. Lovely Mothers Day.

   Ambience and the Service were great. Whenever anyone from my table left to the restroom, a busser or waiter would neatly fold the napkin and place it on the table. Recommend an early (5pm) reservation so you can receive a table by the window for an ocean view. The food isn’t anything special to write home about, but I suppose the high prices attribute to the total experience. The best part for me was the dessert and the scoops of gelato in terms of the food. I’d say it’s worth going at least once. They have a kids menu if you have kids, as I saw on the table next to us order a grilled cheese sandwich and fries. Just ask your waiter for the kids menu. They won’t provide it to you unless you ask. Heard the restaurant was bought by another company this year in 2025, so the name may change in the future. Overall, worth going at least once, and get a table side window if you can. They are strict about the dress code, no white dresses or tuxedos for women or men, and no beach attire. A lot of aloha attire or business casual attire. Check out their website for more details

   Unique Hawaiian regional cuisine with local Oahu products. The lemon broccoli and Mushrooms were fabulous. One of top Michelin contenders if they would ever extend their guide to Hawaiian islands.

   We had the best meal at 53 by the Sea. The food was incredible and view fantastic. Really great service as well. Highly recommend!

   アラカルトだと料理の量が多いので少量で食べれるシェフズテースティングメニューがお勧めです。また金曜日の19時ぐらいに予約すると正面に花火が見れます。
