   Not what I expected at all. Your prince of items are at a 4 star restaurant. We were so disappointed. Because the food is nothing great or worth the price. Longhorn quality food Also the atmosphere. Was not. That of what I thought would be a fancy dinner big let down.

   501 was great. The setting was perfect for our small groups conversation but still formal enough to enjoy the fantastic food. All the food was delicious but the duck eggrolls was fantastic. All the vegetables we had really complemented the mains. All around a fantastic meal. We even saw Bill Clinton.

   Everything was fantastic!!! Emerald was the best server I’ve ever had, and i have 20 years in the restaurant business myself… the meals were outstanding. The only bad thing was i enjoyed the duck egg rolls so much, i couldn’t finish the pork chop!!!! Kudos 501 staff!!!

   Such a charming experience! The basil-lemontini was outstanding! We had crab and spinach dip, oysters Rockefeller, filet mignon, brussels, bread pudding and the apple crisp. Everything was perfect. The food is excellent quality and fresh. I can't say enough about it, and our server was outstanding!

    Terrible service to have 10 waiting staff and bartenders there grouped up laughing all night. Luker was the worst server I have ever seen. Food was ok but nothing special.

    we ordered a drink from menu... they didn't have ingredients listed on menu so rather than tell us..they just brought something else and wouldn't take it off bill when it was brought to their attention. They didn't seem to care either way... When I spend $200 for a meal I would like it to be what we order. I wont go back and I will gladly tell about our visit to others.

    As always it was an awesome meal! Perfect steaks of course. I loved the apps especially the bacon. That was so yummy. My son’s pork chop was perfect I thought but the barbecue sauce was a bit much for him. He’s a steak kid so I don’t know why he didn’t get the ribeye. Oh well, next time. 501 Prime is my go to place in Hot Springs for a proper meal. Thanks again for a great meal.

    Our server Emerald was top notch, very accommodating and super sweet. I would come back just to have her as my server. The food was beyond amazing. I’m not a really big fan of steak but it was fantastic. The portions were over my expectations. Over all I give it a 20/10 for experience.

    I have eaten meals prepared by three different Michelin chefs while traveling during the last 14 months. The 501 does not disappoint! They provided a fantastic Swordfish dinner this Mother’s Day served on delicious fresh picked vine ripened tomatoes. The tomatoes stayed chilled while the swordfish remained warm during the entire meal

    The greeter was so nice and helpful. The waiter was nice however we felt rushed throughout our meal. We were there for our anniversary and thought we could really enjoy it as it came highly recommended. The food was delicious but we didn’t have a chance to even talk in between the appetizer and our meal. It was so fast that our reservation was at 7:00 and we walked out at 7:45. Again the food was amazing but just not the experience we were hoping for.

    We have visited the restaurant three times now and the first time was excellent, second time was decent, this third time was not good. The Brussels sprouts and truffle fries were great but the $62 NY Strip was definitely not worth the money. Sadly, after this experience we won’t be returning. The meal was too expensive for the food we received.

    What a treat to dine at 501 Prime. Visiting from TN a local person told us about 501 and we were not disappointed! The Boursin steak and the Smoked Pork chop were amazing!!! Both perfectly cooked and flavorful. The sides were a perfect pairing as well. Emerald was our server and she was fantastic! So pleasant and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience and so will you!! Just call and make a reservation for sure!!!!

    Amazing food and ambiance! If you go, you MUST try the grilled oysters. They are hands down the best we’ve ever had. I had the truffle chicken for my entree and my husband had the pork chops. Both meals were outstanding. Hope to be coming back very soon!

    Service professional and informative; some delays on refreshing drinks and checking in on us. Grilled and raw oysters excellent. Oysters Rockefeller tasted like black licorice (ughh). Caviar deviled eggs, ahi tuna, and all steaks were A+. Bread pudding very good but Catalan Cream (something like creme brulee) was not firm and tasted like lemon (not good). Nevertheless, will certainly dine there again. Expensive, but not unreasonable. Ambience nice (no white table clothes, but...). Noise level reasonable (did not have to raise voice much to be heard around the table).

    We got the oysters, caviar, Boursin filet, the mushroom strip, & more!! It was our first time trying caviar and our waiter explained each step in building the perfect bite. Highly recommend 501 & the caviar if you’ve never tried it before. Can’t wait to go back!

    Beautiful place, we ate at the Bourbon Bar and Emerald our server was amazing, she took great care of us and was very knowledgeable of the menu. The menu had a little bit of everything and the specials were very creative, the food was good but not great, for the price, I’ve gotten better steaks for half the price, I would return to try other menu items. It was a nice dinner, was just expecting something more for the price, service was very good.

    Ate at 501 soon after they opened and was unimpressed. Charred steak on the outside and almost purple inside ordered medium rare. Didn’t want to go back. But I’m glad we did. Everything was great from the food to the drinks. I’ll go back again based on my recent experience. Definitely would recommend them for a nice evening out.

    We were seated in a nice booth with three people. Our friend had oysters, and said they were delicious. I had ahi tuna and my husband had Wagyu steak. The waiter was very professional and gracious.
