Hot Springs Premier Steak and Seafood Restaurant. Offering USDA Prime Beef, Fresh Seafood, an Oyster Bar, a Fantastic Wine list and a Bourbon Bar with over 400 Bourbons, the largest selections in the state.

Some of our signature dishes are: The Boursin Filet, Truffle Chicken, and the Double Cut Pork Chop.
Our seafood lineup changes daily because we source seafood direct, our Purveyor provides us with the best product they have availably, and our Chefs use it to make unique and delicious dishes.

Our Main Dining Room is Upscale, Intimate and Romantic. The Bourbon Bar area is Rustic, Comfortable, Classy and Vibrant. We have a Beautiful Patio (must be 21yrs old to enter), great place for before or after dinner cocktails.
Hot Springs National Park and Oaklawn Racetrack are just minutes away.

Our server, Michael was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the menu, bar options and the “Farm to Table” approach that 501 Prime is involved in. The Fat Rabbit Farms “Local Lettuce Salad” was wonderful. The Origami Sake cocktail was special too. Definitely the best restaurant in Hot Springs!

The best thing about our visit was our server, Devon. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and had the best sense of humor! We really enjoyed his enthusiasm! The gulf oysters were fabulous! The steak with crab (and broccolini) was incredible. We enjoyed everything about our visit. The restaurant was loud, but that didn’t bother us at all.

Oh my gosh this place is absolutely 10 + stars on a scale from 1-5. We love this place so much and have been there many many times!! Tonight we celebrated our sweet friends from Arizona for her retirement in nursing (they had never been there)….upon arrival, The restaurant sat us In the whiskey barrel booth (really not sure what it’s called)… it was so very special and cool!…. duck rolls, bread and spinach dip for appetizers (YUM!), Retirement nurse and I had the tuna which was over the top!! The husbands had wedge salad (one of them) and hamburger (the other one). The ambience is just so amazing and beautiful. !

The Pork Chop is huge and was perfectly cooked. The steaks were good. The ham hock and bacon gravy is to die for! We enjoyed our evening.

In my opinion, 501 Prime is the best restaurant in Hot Springs and probably all of Arkansas, but is very pricey. Monday night specials are $12 burgers and hand made fries plus 10 and 12 dollar bottles of wine. What could be better - The very best food possible at a bargain price! I may eat there every Monday. Everything was perfect.

We have never had a bad meal at this place! The food is good and the number of bourbons to choose from is great! Our waiter gave the best service! When we visit Hot Springs, we always go to 501 Prime!

Fun night! It’s a great place! I had Boursin filet medium temp and it was cooked perfect. Capt kirk was waiter!
