Impressive! The best meat we've had in the US so far. Impeccable service, Chinese food with great seasoning. We will definitely be back. We ordered a deconstructed beef wellington and a fish with quinoa. Both delicious! The place is beautiful and perfect for special thanksgivings.

This was our second time at 42nd Street Bar and Grill. The food is delicious. The Beef and Mushroom Wellington was excellent, the steak was cooked exactly as ordered. Our friend had Lobster Mac and Cheese, wow! The service is impeccable. The atmosphere is inviting. Cameron was our server. He was delightful. He's one of the best waiters we've had since moving to SC, 3 years ago. I highly recommend it. I'll be back again! ☆☆☆☆☆

We arrived at 5:30, we were immediately welcomed and seated. Jayson our server quickly came over and greeted us and even wished my wife a happy birthday. He took our drink orders while we looked over the food menu. Rights after the drinks were brought we received a delicious flat bread . Our appetizers of the night were oyster Rockefeller and Arancini , so delicious. Our meals were a NY strip and a seafood pasta, both full of flavor. A wonderful night to celebrate!

42nd Street Bar & Grill is at the top of the 6 we deem "our favorites." Both my husband and I each chose to have our birthday celebrations w. friends there & we always take our houseguests there. I literally dream of their beet salad & my husband swoons over the grilled oyster app. He's delighted when the succulent shortribs are on offer as a "special," but everything we've ordered on countless visits has been luscious and beautifully presented. The cocktails are well mixed (e.g. a superb Negroni) and most of all, the staff is welcoming, attentive and gracious.

We absolutely love this place! Every time we are in town we make it a point to have a meal here. The ambiance is lovely, and the food is exceptional, especially for the price. We almost feel like we are getting a steal. I had the Ahi Tuna Tataki and Beets Tartar, my fiancé had the Filet with Black Truffle Butter, and our friend had Oysters Rockefeller and Sweet Pepper Kabob. The presentation was beautiful, and we were all extremely pleased with the taste and quality of food. 5 Stars With all of those dishes ordered, our bill only came out to just over $100. W We will be back again!!!

It was our first time dining at 42nd Street. Once we were seated, the server brought us an herbed melted butter with Nan bread. It was quite tasty. We each ordered a glass of wine, and the pour was quite generous. For an appetizer, we ordered mussels in a wine broth. The order was more than enough for us to share. The main course was the lobster and mac for me. The amount of lobster meat was a lot more than I expected! My husband had the chefs special; smoked braised beef short ribs on top of micro greens and mashed potatoes. The presentation of the ribs was fabulous. The dish was served under a dome cover with the smoke encasing the dinner. Once the cover was removed, the non-overbearing smoke was released. Gawd, it smelled so good! We ended our dinner with a beautifully plated and delicious tiramisu that we shared. We are looking forward to our next visit to 42nd Street!
