Bickelhaupt's dishes are showcased via a special prix fixe multicourse tasting menu. Selections include inventive interpretations of classic American and continental cuisine. The menus continually rotate to showcase seasonal produce. Dishes include beef, seafood, poultry, pork, offal, fruits and vegetables, each meticulously crafted and artfully plated. The restaurant offers wine, beer and sake a la carte, separate from the prixe fix menu; guests can also bring their own wine for a nominal corkage fee.
