   Small venue for a presidential library I thought. Regardless, not even half full but service was incredibly slow... and not because they were understaffed. Several servers, just seemed not to be moving with any real purpose. The food was expensive, as would be expected. It was tasty and the portions were good, but nothing to rave about. The brunch menu was rather limited. I'm glad we went just to say we did, but it won't be a goto place by any stretch. I'd recommend it to go to... once.

   This is the place I like to go for celebrations with friends and family. Or if we want to have a superior salad for lunch. The food, service and ambience is always very good and what is outstanding is the value for money. This time I asked them how they do it and the response of the assistant Manager was that the directive from the top (no its not President Clinton, LOL, but the man responsible for restaurant operations) is that "... customer satisfaction is a must no matter what...". And that is why, besides the waiter, the acting Manager at site always comes to ask if everything is good, and they can make out if it is not, even if the answer is a polite "Yes".

   We only eat at 45 when in Little Rock. It is our go to stop. My wife is blind and your staff were very accomodating.

   We sat outside on the patio on a beautiful spring day and enjoyed a tasty and affordable lunch with a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful and I would definitely go again.

    Although the food and service was good, I was not impressed with the drink pairing. I would have preferred wines, not drinks. I was disappointed in both the dessert and dessert cocktail. The dessert was too rich and the drink tasted like cough syrup. It would be nice to know the actual cost of the liquor by you including the tax into the cost. We enjoy dining at 42 bar and table and have visited many times.

    Brunch's Sweet Potato Kale Hash topped with a fried egg was fresh, tasty and cooked to perfection. I loved the mocktail, Lemon Spritzer. Side salads were large and fresh, needed a bowl not a plate! Waffle and Fried Chicken just the way we like it. Crab Cakes Benedict, just luscious, perfect crunch and rich flavors. The patio looked inviting overlooking the Arkansas River. Indoors was lively but crowded. We were well taken care of by the professional and attentive staff. Highly recommend.

    I had reservations for 5:30pm on a Saturday. Due to life, I was forced to text and let them know that my wife and I were running 30 minutes late. Great, no problem, they said. Then our Uber get stuck in traffic. It took 3 tries and 45 minutes to get an Uber for a 3 mile drive. Needless to say, we were now almost 2 hours past our reservation and we had a show to be at. I called the restaurant, explained and apologized. They had a place set for both of us at the bar when we got there! Amazing service and great food.

    We always enjoy dining at 42 Bar and Grill. The luncheon salads are delicious and give good portions with fresh ingredients. And the desert selection is very nice as well (especially the key lime pie!)

    Went here for brunch while on an anniversary trip to Little Rock. We had an appetizer of the New Orleans beignets. They came to the table quickly and were hot & fresh! For entree I had the eggs benedict. The eggs were perfectly poached and the overall dish was spectacular! My partner had the breakfast place and he throughly enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and provided quick service. The total for a cup of coffee, the appetizer, and 2 entrees was around $40, which we thought was pretty reasonable for the amount of food we got. I would definitely come back next time I’m in Little Rock!

    We throughly enjoyed the entire experience. We were there to visit the Clinton Library the next day. Checking-in the night before, our hotel front desk recommended The 42 Restaurant in the Library. We took the recommendation and could not have been more pleased! The lobster bisque (puréed) appetizer was served w/ a tiny pitcher of sherry and was perfection! The grilled salmon with risotto and asparagus and the seafood mac n cheese were the best we have EVER had. The desserts looked great, but we were already in food nirvana, so we declined our pleasant and attentive server. We highly recommend The 42 … and the Library experience.

    The New Year's Eve special was excellent. We both had the beef tenderloin with the salad, sides, and dessert. The pecan dessert was most tasty! Small crowd so the night was perfect

    Everything was great! The only surprise came when they charged a 23% gratuity for a party of 4 adults and one child. We did add additional gratuity but it was still surprising. With all included with additional gratuity the bill was $350.

    Went to brunch with friends to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Made reservations, valet service at the circle, seated promptly, superior server. Had the pull apart monkey bread as an appetizer. Absolutely delicious. Our brunch items were served hot, fresh and appropriately sized portions. Great meal. Great service. Great value.

    We normally have a great time at 42.... but it's different now. The servers were confused on where to sit us even with a reservation. The food was really bad super fatty over cooked lamb and steak. We actually just kinda laughed and chalked it up to a change in Chefs or Management. It's was a bust for a $250 night. We weren't mad, but probably won't be returning.
