Lunch with a friend, everything was perfect. We were seated outside and were able to enjoy the food and talk. Not a place to go if you are in a rush, which we were not. We both got the house burger, which was fabulous. Can't wait to go back and try out other items on the meu....such as the turkey and avocado. I would highly recommend for any occasion.
We went for Sunday brunch. Definitely reserve a table ahead of time! The food was delicious and the prices were very good. The Waterview was wonderful. The only tricky part was parking. It took a while to get a spot but there is valet parking if you prefer.
Shout out to Chris and robin , they were both fantastic! As well as the server we had a couple of times, I didn’t catch her name (older lady with glasses and grayish hair).
We visited several time -bunch, dinner and drinks!
The food was very salty. The steak was overdone. For the price, it wasn’t worth it.
The charcuterie board was really good, Browne cabernet wine was nice too. But that's it. The windows need cleaning, ambience was great, the bar looked inviting, however, the main entrees were bland. I had the pork chop, good cook but nothing special, no flavor. The potato soufle was awful, no flavor it tasted like left over potatoes. The collard greens were too sweet and again very bland. My husband had the Mahi, same experience. Menu too small, which I understand is due to covid. But a couple of seafood dishes doesn't warrant it to be defined as a seafood restaurant. It was almost empty and we weren't allowed to seat outside. Overall, I will not be back.
Great view, great food and great service. It will become more 'regular' dining as we all move forward.. Am tempted by the very good selection of 'whiskies' at the bar!
My second time joining here the first time was with my husband this past week was with my girlfriend for my birthday it was lovely we enjoyed the meal springs for a bit overpriced for the Sy she had a martini and I had a cosmetology and they were fairly tiny and $14 each but other than that it was lovely I always enjoy the view here and the ambiance
Last night of prime rib wasn’t that good. My family has been there multiple times and the food is usually 4+ stars but service has always been poor. One repeat waitress at the conclusion of our meal approached my wife and stated I hope you are not wanting dessert I am swamped. Bartenders are not very knowledgeable, drinks are not horrible but choices of garnishments lack severely.
Frankly wasn’t exactly expecting much as far as food quality in off season and on a Monday night. I was wrong, everyone’s meal was very good !
Celebrating a birthday. Our server went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Great food and excellent service.
Our server, Latisha, was excellent. Loved her suggestions and loved the bourbon flights. Great food and great service.
Stunning facility with great staff and service. The Mac and cheese was sublime!
Everything was phenomenal, from the staff to the food. We started off with the Pork Belly and Cesar Salad. Incredible. Our entree we got the New York Strip. Cooked perfectly. The sides are large enough to be shared. We had the 4 cheese macaroni, asparagus, and the Parmesan Risotto. We had an awesome time.
Totally enjoyed our visit! Steak was cooked to perfection! The sides were large enough to share & should be mentioned to first-timers. Our entree came too quickly & we didn't get to enjoy our appetizer. We were expecting a relaxed evening & the weather seemed to encourage the staff to get food out quickly as they couldn't seat people outside. Otherwise, we totally enjoyed & even made another reservation!
Such a beautiful location. Menu has lots of options. Grouper was outstanding!
Facing away from the kitchen would have been nice as it was noted on my reservation. A table near the window would have also been better. Other than that the meal was great.
Great Mac and cheese. Menu has few options but what e we had was very good.
Very nice place. Food was fantastic and at a very good price.
The restaurant is by waterway with nice view. The quality of food is decent, but nothing special. Nothing on the entire menu is gluten free, from appetizer to dessert, not even GF crackers with cheese platters. Very disappointed as gluten free is special request at reservation. Neither online menu and restaurant call back mentioned GF is unavailable.
I had the scallop appetizer and the grouper - was incredibly fresh and delicious.
Great date night or celebratory place. The ambience is beautiful, inside and outside--waterfront! Service was good and attentive, food was good. The Monday night prime rib night is a great option and the smoked wahoo spread is a fantastic appetizer. This is a classy, though relaxed establishment....and open table was perfect for reservations.
We went to 32North to celebrate my Dad's birthday. We had a nice view of the water from our table. The food and drink were very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the level of noise in the restaurant. It was so loud, we could hardly have a conversation and hear each other. The waitress couldn't even hear us ordering. The acoustics really need to be worked on, otherwise a very nice place.
This was our second time eating here, but I don't think we will return again (at least not for Brunch). It took 20 minutes before I could wave someone (perhaps a manager) over to our table. We placed a drink order with her and she never returned once. We were shocked that she didn't at least bring us waters. I did see her hanging out with another table just chatting after she took our order. Drinks took at least another 15 minutes and were brought by our new server. We also requested a booth (as we had a baby with us) and we were given a table in the middle of the restaurant. The food is good and our server was friendly, but he was overwhelmed and didn't appear to be getting much support from managers.
We stayed at the Beaufort Hotel, and the restaurant is a part of the facility. We had dinner and breakfast. When the weather is nice, dining al fresco is an option. We did that for breakfast, and we were treated to dolphins playing in the water outside the resort. The noise level is quiet unless there is a boat passing or launching.
Our dinner was indoors and delightful. Delicious crab cakes for an appetizer. My husband had the grilled fish of the day over rice and was pleased with it. I had the BEST shrimp and grits with red eye gravy that I have ever had. It was full of more shrimp than I could count. Delicious.
Everyone was friendly and professional, from receptionist to waitstaff to management.
If we return to the area, we would definitely dine there again.
Amazing food and beautiful scenery. Sit outside if you can!
One of the best filet mignons I’ve ever had. All of the entrees for our table were exceptional. The restaurant sources their food from local NC farmers.
Beautiful setting and great food! Really enjoyed coming here for my wife’s birthday. Will be back.
We were sending a friend off to Colorado and wanted a spec evening. It was prime rib night so we had a delicious martini then a wonderful appetizer and the prime rib with mushrooms & onions...it was delicious, key lime lie was shared by all , great way to spend a special time with friends . Well done and will return!
Beautiful setting, excellent service and GREAT Food!!
Our favorite restaurant in Eastern North Carolina. Lovely setting on the water. Grouper arrived at the table hot, moist, and flavorful even on a very busy Easter Sunday !
Always great food, service and atmosphere. We never have to hope for the best.
the food and drinks were excellent however our server disappeared and we had no water refills or second drinks. We had to alert the receptionist after 30 minutes to get our check. Our other visits had been great hopefully this doesn't happen again.
Someone here sure knows how to cook!!!! Food was outstanding, couldn’t find anything to complain about if I wanted to. Good size portions, wonderful atmosphere, nice eating pace...not rushed at all...just relax and enjoy your meal and drinks. At the table for desserts we had cheesecake and mango sorbet, both were perfect. If you are a sorbet person (or even if you’re not) the mango sorbet was like none I had ever had, like biting into a juicy mango 🤗
A bit pricey, and for some service may be a tad slow, but worth the time and price!
Food was delicious. Service was pleasant but needed a little more training I think.
Wonderful experience! Worth every penny!
Gorgeous dining room with water and sunset views. Attentive wait staff and excellent dining in all respects.
This was our first visit to this restaurant. We ordered an assortment of appetizers and a salad and dessert. The shrimp appetizer was our favorite and the scallops were delicious as well. The bread pudding with bourbon ice cream was yummy. We plan to return and try some of the entrees. Our server was pleasant and very helpful with suggestions. No complaints there.
The only cons were the unripe tomato on the caprese salad plus the salad dressing could have been more flavorful.
Lovely place. Great service delicious meal. Even the bread and butter
They practiced social distancing very well . Tables were spaced and all the staff had masks.
Great atmosphere and views of Taylor's Creek. at sunset.Food was very good and the waitress was very good and attentive. Would highly recommend it.
Wonderful atmosphere. Wonderful service and wonderful food. Nothing else to be said. Absolutely perfect.
