    Sunday Supper is a new offering at 31THIRTYONE on Sunday afternoons/evenings from 4-7pm. It is an accessible, relaxed 3-course Family Style meal that includes additional options such as daily pasta, oysters, cheese course, etc. The menu costs 60usd. Reservations are available and walk-ins are welcome, space pending. Menu is available at both bars and the Chef’s Counter. Dietary Restrictions are welcome including GF / Vegan / Vegetarian.     Food was terrific. Our party was shuffled into the back dining room, which felt like a storage room. Mostly ignored by the server; took forever to just order a cocktail and then they were trying to get us to order our wine and food at the same time, maybe to save the trips back to us? Asked to speak to the sommelier but the server insisted on giving us their recommendation instead. Tried to order a second bottle of wine but we were done eating by the time the server got around to taking the order and then bringing us the bottle. Everyone but one person got their meals at the same time, and 5 minutes later when the final entree came out the beans weren't even completely cooked (not even al dente). Besides the beans, the food and cocktails were great. The service was mediocre, and the ambiance was lousy. Don't come here unless you can sit in the main room where (presumably) the service is better.

    We were already fans of Deckman’s from our years of exploring the Valle. This was our first experience at 31ThirtyOne, and it was exceptional. Every dish was unbelievably fresh (when was the last time you marveled at peas?), perfectly executed, and so fun to eat. Lovely service. Truly an outstanding and memorable experience. Bring good friends and share everything.

    Had a Saturday date night with my beautiful girlfriend 🥰. We got the chefs tasting menu and added the mussels special (incredibly delicious). We had the most phenomenal server named Julie who was always there, offered detailed descriptions of the food, and helped me pair a wine with our hangar steak. The tasting menu had an all encompassing view of the menu for a rather good price. 10/10 recommendation and will be a San Diego staple for us in the future.

    Loved this place! I have visited concha’s de piedras and deckmans in Mexico and was not let down burly this location. We did the wine pairing and chefs tasting menu. The chef was on site and is leading a great team. Food 5/5 Service 5/5 Will definitely be coming back soon !

    Delightful dining experiences. Loved the rooftop bar for drinks (would consider eating up there on a nice evening) . 4 of us shared the chefs menu and it was fabulous! Standouts were the pasta, crudo and hangar steak. We will be back

    Our waiter convinced us to do the tasting menu and we were not disappointed! The price tag is well worth all the delicious things you get to try. We got 4 courses that each had 2 different dishes to share between the two of us. Our favorite way to eat trying a little of everything. So good and filling. The chef crushed it!
