Wait staff was polite, but not prompt. Had to ask twice for things. Drinks took too long to arrive. Food was good. Too loud, hard to hear others in a party of 6. I’d return, but for a drink at the bar. Beer choices were fun. Bartender was friendly. Bill with tip was over $300. That’s a chunk a change for okay food and mediocre service 😢 Get better!

We had lunch on Tuesday. My friend and I opted for the 2 for special, The berry salad was exceptional and so was the fish taco, my friend had the berry salad too but with the potato soup, she liked it! Hayden was our server, he was professional and pleasant. We’ll be back!

The food was cold, but probably would have been good had it not been sitting in the kitchen forever. It took over an hour from when we ordered to when we got our food. My cheese had hardened, the buns were like bricks, and the restaurant ran out of French fries and lettuce for salads. I’m pretty sure our server forgot about us. He got our drinks, brought our appetizer, then another 30 mins went by before he came for our entree orders. He never refilled my drink. We tried 30Hop for the first time and that was plenty. One and done. It’s a shame because it’s a nice restaurant with a fun/clean vibe. However, bad service, cold food, no communication, and an endless wait for our food is a no go. Did I mention it was $115 for 2 burgers, chicken strips, and a cheesesteak?? We did still tip 20% on top of that because we’re not aholes. Overpriced & underwhelmed.

The food was NOT good, no one at my table of 5 except 1 liked there dish. We came for brunch, it was NOT very busy, and no wait to be seated. I 3 separate times had to get up and go ask for something, because our Server was MIA most of the time. We asked for the side car with all 3 bloody Mary's OUR FOOD arrived because the side car. I asked for Ketchup from the person who brought our food, the ketchup was empty. I then waited for 11 minutes and the server had still not come so I got up and walked to the bar and asked for ketchup. I then returned to the table to realize my daughter didn't have a spoon and had ordered apple sauce. I waited again for 5 minutes, 16 in total since we saw our server, before I got up yet again to go to the bar and asked for a spoon. We had finished our meal and the server returned, I advised we were finished and would take the bill. I didn't see her again for almost 10 minutes before she returned and dropped off the machine to pay. I never saw the server again, our drinks were never refilled or even offered to be refilled. Also, everything on there burgers is sweet so if you do not like sweet burgers ensure that you ask what is on the burger, the pickles on the burger was also sweet. Maybe some people enjoy sweetness with a burger but that isn't my thing, our total was $150.00- 5 people (1 child), 2 apps, 4 adult meals, 1 kid meal and 3 bloody mary's.

We have always had a good experience at 30Hop until yesterday for brunch. We were seated outside, and I had to go inside to find a waiter, after waiting 8 minutes with no service. Once the waiter did come to our table, there was no apology; he only said that he had lots of tables inside and outside. We ordered the bang bang brussel sprouts and breakfast burrito. The brussel sprouts came out fairly quickly, but we waited 30 minutes for the breakfast burrito. When we stopped the waiter to ask how long it would be before we got the rest of our food, he acted surprised that we were even asking. No apology, nothing. This was an older male server, who should have showed some concern over our our order taking so long. Needless to say, this waiter received $0 tip.

Amazing food and service! They were able to accommodate our large group of 8 on Father’s Day and had cute little Father’s Day cards for the kids to color. Looking forward to going back!

Service great, but I personally didnt think my croissant sandwich was very tasty. My other guests enjoyed their lunches.
