8 Course Abalone Treasure Duck Tasting Menu £139pp Minimum 2pax **Only in 3Gorges** The Cantonese version features a duck stuffed with eight stir-fried ingredients, including glutinous rice, diced Chinese mushrooms, Abalone , Lotus seeds, Chinese sausage, Dried shrimp, Jujubes, Salted egg yolk, Jinhua ham, Barley, Dried lily. Before the duck is stuffed, the duck is marinated overnight in dark soy sauce, spices, and Shaoxing wine. The duck skin is then tightened with hot oil ladled over the duck. After the duck is stuffed, it is cooked in a chicken and soy broth for over an hour, which produces tender and succulent meat. It became a famous banquet dish in Hong Kong in the 1930s. The dish is labor-intensive to prepare, and is typically ordered several days in advance in restaurants. The dish is traditionally served during Chinese New Year's Eve. Amazing new fine-dining spot! The food is incredible — every dim sum was delicate and flavorful, and even the complimentary starters were packed with rich ingredients. The tasting menu portions were huge and great value for money (definitely worth visiting before it gets Michelin recognition and prices go up!). Highlights included the Abalone Roast Duck Rice, the Plum Spare Ribs, and the fusion of Cantonese and Hubei flavors across the dishes. Cozy location near Warren Street with private rooms available. Highly recommend!

The moment I arrived, the stunning decor immediately caught my eye. The restaurant offers a warm, fine dining atmosphere with a lovely blend of Chinese and Western influences, and the fresh flowers added a wonderful scent. We ordered the Taste Menu and every dish impressed us — from the colorful Supreme Dim Sum Platter to the flavorful Double Boiled Herbal Duck Soup and the unique Charcoal Grilled Stuffed Peppers. The Abalone Eight Treasure Duck stood out as a must-try, and the desserts, especially the South Asian Coconut Pudding, were the perfect ending. The dishes were beautifully presented, the staff was attentive and the whole experience was unforgettable. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try fine dining.

Absolutely loved our lunch at 3 Gorges! The Taste of 3 Gorges menu offered a well-balanced journey through modern Chinese flavors with creative touches. Standout dishes included the dim sum platter (especially the Black Truffle Har Kau), the Herbal Duck Soup, and the Angus beef with crispy rice — so unique and delicious. Service was friendly and professional, and the setting was perfect for a relaxed, upscale night out. Will definitely return and recommend to friends!

Absolutely loved this place! The Chinese fusion dishes were creative, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really tell the chef puts thought into blending traditional Chinese flavors with modern twists.

As a newly opened Chinese fine dining restaurant, the chef 10 course menu is splendid. If you have your preference for any course involved in the course, you could even select your choices. 5 Stars, Wish 3 Gorges will soon be highlighted in Michelin Guide.

My wife and I shared the 6 and 9 course tasting menus. The food - every course - was absolutely divine. Sometimes 1-2 of the courses are not so good, but in this case all courses were excellent and we devoured every morsel of the food. Wine list was also good value, and we specifically wanted to comment on the service which was polite, attentive to a level of detail that we felt well far beyond what is normally expected. Massively impressed by this and we will be back - my wife remarked that if we lived closer we would be there all the time. Simply wonderful
