The prices are extraordinarily expensive. It's worth going once for the experience but there are much better restaurants with reasonable prices.
5 points for the atmosphere, yet the food is overpriced.
We had an amazing seat and the service was amazing.
Wonderful service and wonderful food
The service was a bit slow. We had three different waiters come to our table. The gentleman pouring the water was very sloppy and spilled it every time. Other than that, it was good. The waiters were great but we had so many different ones, it was strange. Two guys and one woman.
I was so disappointed! Heard such great things about this restaurant. Service was poor...we called on four different service people to assist. Waited LONG time for luke warm first cup of coffee. Salad was soggy and overdressed. Price was crazy high for three pieces of shrimp. Would not return even though building is gorgeous. Was really hoping I could have made this my out of town guest place to go! :(
For starters, it's a visually stunning cafe! Amazing ambiance, beautiful fountain, and lots of seating that spills out beyond the main area. Service and food were both great, and I appreciate that they let you sit there and linger.... I never feel rushed at RH cafes! Highly would recommend.... I brought my mom there as part of our Chicago "To-Do List" and she loved it as well!
Great ambiance, service and food in an atmosphere that makes it all more enjoyable!
It was very good; but overpriced!
Rainbox trout was amazing, and possibly some of the best french fries I've had.
Awesome ! Great vibe , great food !
I went on a fun date
Amazing burger. Smoked salmon plate was a bit too fishy for my taste, but beautifully arranged. Even the simple egg I added on was beautifully presented with roasted tomatoes.
This was our favorite! Excellent atmosphere, service, and food. Highly recommend.
Decadent dining experience
This is a very unusual place. Its beautiful, open and airy. I could hang out here all night. Seating at regular tables or smaller tables at couches.
We sat a window seat and had a relaxing outstanding dinner.
The menu is limited and on the casual side. Service was prompted and fun.
We will be back.
The place is beautiful, we sat on a plush bench by the bar for dinner and while it was comfy for me it was not so much for my hubby at first but the pillow helped SO if prefer a table and chair you should ask and they will try to move you, they offered to move us but we liked our spot :) The food was insane, the lobster roll and burger with bacon (more like heaven) was finger licking good! And for dessert the warm chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of ice cream was amazing! This is not your mommas CC Cookie! The whole experience from arriving to leaving was great! Make sure to go explore the floors, RH is beautiful!
The space is absolutely beautiful for a mid afternoon date or just some time to enjoy some wine and read a book.
Great food, great service, great enviroment. We´ll be back for sure.
The decor is exquisite. The only negative was the first, main room offers a number of seats on sofas where guests may be seated with other diners at the opposite end of the sofa. It’s not always easy to enjoy a meal while seated on a sofa, with food served on oversized cocktail tables, so individual tables and chairs are my preference, which are also available. We were seated in the dining area facing the street, where the bar is located, and it was very quiet and nice. The food was very good; the service was excellent and I would definitely go back as well as recommend it.
Beautiful setting, food was great
Awesome atmosphere and service. The food was delicious!
I will definitely be back!
Waitress was not friendly. She was friendly to other customers and nice. Also the tea we ordered did not come so we had to ask about it. When it came the cup was dirty. The experience was negative.
Beautiful setting. The service was warm, friendly and efficient. The simple fish preparation, trout, was the best I have ever had.
I went to 3 Arts Club Cafe for a friend's birthday celebration at dinner time. The food was phenomonal! The shaved The service was wonderful; I highly recommend this classy place for a night out with special friends or your partner. For apps, you have to order the Burrata, the Shaved Ribeye on garlic bread is out of this world delish, and the chicken with the olive oil puree was so flavorful and oh my the puree, it tasted like garlic mash, but better! Definitely an experience restaurant, especially if you are visiting from out of town.
Have eaten there before and have to say tonight was a disappointment. We brought. Friends from out of town and we did not have a good experience. We waited a long time for our table and then the waiter was not very friendly and didn’t come to take our order for a very long time. Food was not as good as it usually is and we didn’t know that restaurant loses at 9 and basically were rushed to finish our meal. Overall. A big disappointment for our friends from out of town. Definitely better for lunch or brunch. Not a dinner spot.
Great brand extension for RH but where they did this well is to ensure great service and a well composed menu that is consistent with RH’s branding. The staff were very attentive to a food allergy which was greatly appreciated. Before it was walk in and getting a table was near impossible, glad they added the reservation system. Beautiful dining room to match a well curated wine list as well. It’s a must visit.
Awesome place great food!
Dining here at least once is definitely a Chicago-must. You really cannot beat the atmosphere. We came for brunch and the food was great, but pricey. You’re paying for the environment (which is worth it). Great for a special occasion.
It seems every patron has to wait for a table. We arrived on time for our reservation and were told the table was not ready. 15 minutes later we were seated at a table with 3 empty tables in the immediate vicinity!
Two hamburger patties on a bun. Tasteless, greasy. Overpriced.
This was just the most gorgeous setting for dinner for our group of girlfriends! Great night!
Beautiful, delicious, way over priced
Had a wonderful experience
I loved the place. It reminded me vacation.
Wonderful atmosphere and great food. Avocado toast and fish are the best.
My only disappointment that even though I booked the reservation at the Open Table they didn't have a table in the main restaurant area, they put in a small table us at the bar area.
This is a beautiful space. The food so fresh and inventive. The burger is crave worthy, as are the french fries. But if you're trying to be healthy, the salads are delicious and something I dream about. The freshness of the ingredients combined with the unique flavors make each of the salads something to crave. On the pricey side but the whole experience is like nothing in Chicago. Sit in the beautiful courtyard and enjoy a tranquil experience to take you away. We've had breakfast, lunch and coffee. We love shopping at the RH Gallery, and look forward to enjoying some time at the cafe. Each time we leave feeling renewed and relaxed.
One of the most tastefully decorated interiors in Chicago, the ambiance and decor is the main draw of this place. Welcoming and modern. The food is a bit simple for the price, but nonetheless tasty. Great service.
An elegant pit stop to grab a light bite, if you don’t have time to get to a proper restaurant. And if you want to impress your lover or partner, after you’ve spent $4000 on the showroom floor. The food is very good, yet the portions are skimpy. And the pricing is too much—for what you get. Thirty dollars for a 4-ounce lobster roll, though very delicious, was a bit exorbitant. The ambiance is lovely, and the waitstaff is good. Yet, overall, if you’ve got extra time and money to blow, go for it. If not, go down the street to Nico Osteria for a delicious and exquisite dining experience.
The ambiance here is amazing. Without saying anything to us our server changed mid-meal and a long wait after our salads had been cleared the new server asked if we wanted anything more and that the kitchen would be closing soon, but we hadn’t received our entrees yet, so it seemed like they had been miscommunicated or forgotten. We were chatting and catching up so not really a big deal, and the food came a little later and was delicious.
10/10 - just go.
