A relaxed, intimate place to eat and drink with friends and family. By day, 3/6 at Fortnum serves Fortnum’s favourites like Welsh Rarebit and our signature Skate Extras, including the Chocolossus Hot Chocolate, Fondue and Wine for Two, and Smoked Salmon, Caviar and Blinis. By night, the bar serves up spirits and cocktails alongside festive perennials including Champagne, Mulled Wine and a very tipsy-making take on Hot Chocolate. Enjoy a glass of Fortnum & Mason Blanc de Blancs Champagne accompanied by a Blini, topped with a generous helping of Fortnum’s smoked salmon, crème fraiche and caviar. The ideal way to warm up after your skate. Sample Fortnum & Mason’s take on the famed Swiss winter warmer and apres skate classic. The savory fondue comes with specially selected wine, making a perfect sharing dish. Cheese Fondue, served with Cornichons, new potatoes, baby gem Sourdough and a bottle of Fortnum’s Cotes dy Rhone, Andre Brunel, France 2015.

The Lodge at Fortnum and Mason had no record of our booking and said they take no bookings through your website and seemed quite cross that such a mistake had been made. They said they would be complaining to Open Table also. Luckily they had last minute space for us and we had a lovely meal with excellent service.

I had booked a table but they had no record of the booking and seemed surprised when I showed them the reservation email, that you were able to book! Fortunately they were able seat us fairly quickly. Service was poor, food was good but fairly pricey as you would expect - £9 for a plain hotdog served in a plastic basket was a little steep I had the Highland scramble which was delicious. Lovely setting and felt very festive.

A very good business meal option and very central. I had meetings in Waterloo and found it a great place to take clients
