The food and service were excellent! So many varied flavors. The only ‘hiccup’ - the entree (duck, don’t miss it!) was delivered well before our app. Very minor in the whole scheme of things. We will be back, and we’ll bring friends the next time. Bravo to the team! Thank you!

The outside surrounding location isn’t nice. The Sever took awhile to take our order and never checked on us once. Even after we got the food. Another sever took our plates and had to tell them we were ready for our bill. She started off with a good introduction, but that was it. The food was overpriced as it tasted nothing special for a Michelin recommendation

I wanted to come for the duck and it did not disappoint. Every bite of each of the dishes was excellent. we will be back again soon!

2nd visit here after 1st extraordinary meal. 2nd didn't dissapoint. We ordered a few different dishes from the first time as the menu does change and all was delicious. Service is excellent and informative, friendly not pretensious at all.

The service and food were Impeccable. Not only was the food absolutely delicious but they took their time to not only explain what each dish was but suggestions on the best way to enjoy each dish to the fullest. If you are looking for a one of a kind food experience with top level service I cannot recommend this place enough!

Read the hype and made a res. at a funky location in Oceanside. The atmosphere was simple, but kinda cool. Even though the a/c seemed to be running on low...service was great and the vibe was nice. The food was in no way "bad"...but definitely not a "wow" like we had expected. The order of our plates was not consistent either....but we had the Birds Nests (was delicious), the shrimp Jiaozi Dumpling (was good), Jidori Butter Fried Chic (was okay), The Hunan Beef (was good), the Dan Dan Noodles (not good, seemed to be completely over salted...like maybe by accident as the flavor was so intense and strong that we couldn't eat it), the Dangbo Pork Belly (was okay...not very tender), the Smashed Cucumbers (was okay). Overall it was a fun and nice time, but perhaps because the menu changes every couple of weeks...our evening was on one of the first nights of the new menu? I dunno? Not bad...but not fabulous.

I love duck but was disappointed in this entree - I felt there was more crispy fat skin than meat. The portion was very small for 2 people ... we had several appetizers so it was fine but would not have been otherwise

Was disappointed to see they were not serving craft cocktails as noted on their sign out front and previous news/social media posts I have seen. Although the food is fabulous, and we had no complaints there, we felt we were forgotten about several times throughout the evening. I am thinking that alot of this is growing pains and they will grow out of it, but it just wasn’t the experience that we were hoping for in terms of service. That said, I want to reiterate that the food was amazing. We had the Birds Nest, Shrimp/Scallop dumplings, Pork Belly and Fried Chicken. Would order all again and am excited to eventually try other dishes in the future!

Our party had a great time and a fun experience. We really enjoyed the trying the tableside tea and everyone was already planning their next visits. Couldn't pick a favorite dish as they all delivered. Nothing was a disappointment. Can't wait to visit again and try anything new.
