We are transforming into a multipurpose food venue that includes a food hall, coffee shop, bar, event space, collaborative entrepreneurial coworker space and food industry incubator.

The Historic Manhattan Casino building provides the perfect venue for a variety of special events, with legendary musicians such as Louis Armstrong, Ray Charles, James Brown and Nat King Cole having also once performed at this venue.

The main ballroom features a built-in raised stage with professional lighting and sound equipment, alongside premier bar service and catering options, perfect for St. Pete Weddings. There is seating for up to 300 people that can be configured to accommodate any sized event.

The servers were on task and able to judge our needs. The food was tasty and flavorful. Having multiple menus to choose from was wonderful.

We've been here a couple of times and have ordered from all parts of the menu. Everything has been very good. Between the four concepts, there is something for everyone. Small but serviceable wine list. Should be busier than it is. If you are in the Warehouse Arts District or considering Urban Stillhouse, consider this as well.

My family and I were looking to have a good meal on our last night in the St. Pete area. Found 22 South on OpenTable and made a reservation. We were not disappointed. Great food. Great live music. Great service. 22 South will be our to next time we are in the area.
