The food is overpriced and the service was slow. The restaurant was about 60% full but the service was really slow. The waiter forgot the salad that we ordered and took a very long time before bringing the entreés after the appetizer. We're starving and had to ask for a bread basket while waiting for the entreés. When I got my entreé, the tomato was cold and the sauce over the pork cheeks and the polenta were congealed. Although the ribeye was nicely cooked, I had never seen a place put so much sauce on the steak. Not very nice looking. Both fish were well cooked. All the desserts were priced at $11 and only one was worth it. The offered mocha flavored panna cotta at $11 but the consistency was more like pudding not light like panna cotta. Calling it panna cotta was more like false advertisement. Would not return.
Best staff ever for helping me surprise my friend for her birthday!
Excellent experience thanks to a most attentive manager! Upon arrival I discovered that the table I had reserved (private) had been seated one hour before with another group. It was potentially a huge disappointment. However, the manager seated us at a booth and compted our drinks and appetizers until the earlier party vacated our table. We were then seated and have a splendid experience. All of this was due to an unusually attentive and sensitive manager. I will definitely go here again often and recommend it to the pickiest friends. This kind of service is very hard to find and is greatly appreciated!
Wonderful! Thanks for everything! The food and service were outstanding!
Thanksgiving Buffet was over priced. Service was not attentive . Selection of food was limited. Holiday atmosphere was lacking.
Turkey was good. Desserts were not good- very commercial. They charged a 20% service charge ( to cover all food preparers) which was not advertised. A buffet should not have a service charge. Cost was very high for what was offered.
We were terribly disappointed in this buffet. We've been to Westin holiday meals before and come to expect that level of quality. Originally we were excited to try the 20|Twenty's buffet, but now will not return to this restaurant. Every year we do a buffet at a resort in town or traveling. This was the worst one by far. It was overpriced, there were few options and half of them were bland or over/undercooked. We expected more value for the price and reputation, otherwise we'd have gone to a restaurant for 1/2 of the cost.
The menu was incredible. My husband and I celebrated our 7th anniversary here and it met all expectations. We had outside seating by a gas fireplace under the stars! It was romantic and professional. Our waitress Stephani was awesome and attentive. Was the perfect evening!
Food was just Ok but very over-priced. My steam was literally $50 and the aides were terrible. Won’t be coming back
Even though it is November, the bees are still on the patio. The last few times we tried to sit outside, we had to move inside before finishing our meals. The menu has changed with the switch from Sheraton to Westin. I miss the salmon and heirloom tomato salad, but the bruschetta with beets, goat cheese and arugula was delicious.
The service is average. Waited 35 minutes for the food. Food quality was average. Won’t be coming back to this place.
This is one of our favorite Happy Hour spots in the area. However, they changed the Happy Hour menu and it is now very limited which is sad.
Great food and service. Rather pricey but worth it for special occasions.
Twenty/20 is a lovely restaurant with a great location, stunning sunset views, cozy fire pits, pleasant staff, strong and tasty drinks and delectably delicious food. The fish was fresh and cooked perfectly, with a nicely prepared vegetables and risotto. The Muscovy was also slightly pink inside and with a really nice reduction sauce and finely chopped vegetables also in a tasty sauce. It was just the right amount of food for each of us. One downside to the visit was the slow service a pillar that blocked part of our view and some confusion about the catch of the day.
Very overpriced, food just average. Limited menu. But the service was terrible. Will not recommend or ever go back.
With the change from Sheraton to Westin, the menu had changed. We missed the old menu with our favorites. We nearly left, but decided to give the bruschetta a try. They were fabulous! My friend had the chicken and I had the goat cheese and beet. Both have arugula. Free valet parking at the Westin. Nice ocean view in the distance. We didn't sit outdoors, because last time we have issues with bees. Worth a try!
While staying at the Hilton Grand Vacations MarBrisa property, we walked across the street to the Westin Resort for dinner. It was a very pleasant evening, so we chose outside seating and had a superb waiter. Cocktails, appetizer and entrees were all delicious and presented beautifully. We started with Crab Gratin and creative cocktails. My wife selected the halibut and I the steak for our entrees. Wine choices to pair with the meal were very good as well.
New menu that I would describe as 'California foo-foo'. (and I'm a local) Salads, open-faced sandwiches, quinoa, etc. And for some reason on a slow Sunday the lunch service was very slow and they forgot my 6 year old's chicken tenders lunch. No bueno. I liked the old menu with more hearty fare. Between the slow service and bland menu I cannot recommend.
We had dinner at 2020. We ordered the Halibat & Salmon dishes. The food was great! The fish cooked perfectly. I definetly recommend this restaurant.
Overall great. Nice new menu. A bit slow to serve today but usually not an issue.
We absolutely loved it! It was our first time but definitely won't be our last!!! We're going to bring our friends also!!!
Good place for nice ambiance and artistic plates. Live music on Saturdays. However, if you are looking for great food, you may be disappointed. No vegetarian options beyond salads, small servings and very expensive for what you get. Pig Cheek tasted like it came out of a crockpot, a plate with 2 strawberries chopped up, graham cracker crumbles next to it and a scoop of whipped cream shouldn't cost that much nor should it be considered a true dessert. Expected more for the price unfortunately.
Our family of 5, grandma, daughter & hubby, and daughters, 7 &11, like to explore new restaurants. We had been to Twenty 20 restaurant before the changes and remodeling and loved it. The menu was new and needed some explanation for us, but we ordered and shared, as we always do. The girls loved their hamburgers & dessert and we enjoyed our shared appetizers. I tried something new as my main meal that was recommended by the waitress, and did not care for it. Our bill was adjusted, as I had only tried a few bites, and I appreciated that. And, yes, we will definitely return!!!!
Very good for business breakfast, open early, quiet, great coffee and good service.
Great food and excellent service. We enjoyed our wonderful dinner.
Surroundings were very nice but the foods were not at my expectation. The end part of the chicken sausages were hard as rock that I had to cut them off.
We are locals and visit often. We tried the new Westin Menu for the first time. We had the crab dip for an appetizer. The bowl it was served in was hotter then the dip inside the bowl. For our entree my husband had the duck and I had the crispy salmon. His duck wasn’t anything special a far a flavor, and certain parts were dry. He did enjoy the bok choy served with it. My salmon was a little under cook and the piece was small. Like my husband I enjoyed the snap peas and mushrooms.
The new menu is limited and had no desserts listed. I love the short ribs on the old menu.
I hate to sound so negative, but we were EXTREMELY disappointed with our experience there and we will never go there again. We have been there once before (October 2017) so we knew that it would be expensive, but at least last time the service was decent and the food was very good. We only went again because we stayed at Mar Brisa and we did not want to drive anywhere. This time, the menu was completely different and extremely limited. We almost left after we saw the menu because nothing looked good, especially at that price range, but we were already seated so we decided to stay. The service was soooooo slow. We were there for 2 hours, and that was not by our choice. The food was bland and not very good and then our empty plates stayed in front of us for at least 20 minutes. We finally had to ask someone to take them away. We ordered a second bottle of wine because we finished the first before our food was even served, but the manager forgot about it and finally after ANOTHER 20 minutes, we flagged him down and he admitted he forgot. To his credit, he comped us the 2nd bottle. We asked if they were overly busy that night (trying to figure out why everything was so slow) and they said no. So all in all, the service was terrible, the food was totally boring and bland, and it was way too expensive. Honestly, it was one of the worst dining experiences I have had, and I go to a lot of very nice and not so nice restaurants. I would NOT recommend this place at all. *The live music was nice to listen to.
The problem with this place is that it is located inside a hotel and that hotel and that area are all time share units which is also used for regular guests. As a result the service and food is not what one would expect. If the same restaurant was located in the same name hotel but at a different normal location, everything would be better.
And they don’t offer any bread service even if you want to pay for bread!
seafood meal was very small for the price, took my food away before i was done, didnt ask, and service was very slow, california flatbread had no taste:(
Salmon Caesar salad was the best I have ever had. I will be back often for this yummy lunch!
Stay inside, though, the bees can be annoying on the patio!
Excellent happy hour...in a world-class beautiful venue.
Food was delicious; everything was good including their thoughtful birthday treat; best ice cream I've ever tasted and I'm quite choosy when it comes ice cream. Ambiance is nice and relaxing.
Pretty views and generous range of seating availability; our hostess did everything possible to accommodate us when it came to finding a quieter spot which was greatly appreciated.
The salmon Caesar salad is my new favorite. I recommend eating inside. The bees were a bother while we were outside on the terrace, so we moved indoors.
Worse food we have had in a long time anywhere
I had zucchini pasta - maybe had 1/4 cup pasta - the rest cauliflower - waitress talked me into adding chicken - it was so over cooked i did not eat
Husband had Salmon - it was over cooked and had no sides - waitress did not make this clear - presentation was embarrassing
Not at all a typical Westin restaurant - very disappointing
Do not recommend to anyone!
Overall it was a good experience. Atmosphere, service and food were all good. The portions were all appetizer sized. Actually the appetizer was larger than the entree portion. The live music was a big plus!
Person that greeted us was nieve and needed training. Everyone else did a great job.
Setting outdoors is beautiful. Food a bit delayed from kitchen - received our bread after our entree was finished. Service was good, however.
Great dining experience!
