   The staff is extremely good and friendly, apps are amazing, but streaks are subpar. Come for the excellent waiters and staff but don’t expect a lot from the steaks.

   We always have great food and service. Today we had different people waiting on us so they didn’t know our regular order or likes and dislikes. I was completely taken back by Wes and his energetic explanation and love for the St Elmo Cherry Vanilla Bourbon. Little did he know it’s my favorite, but his presentation would have had me trying if I wasn’t already drinking it! CJ was our server and didn’t miss a beat. Always checking on us even in his professional silent way yet interacting with us and finding things in common. He actually helped us out in a different occasion when he wasn’t even our server. Definitely making us know we will request him next time. The other staff that we do know by name and sight, each stopping by our table to let us know they appreciate our business and sharing a laugh. Our favorite place.

   All was good except prime rib was terrible. We didn’t complain, but should have it really was not good at all.

   Everything was exceptional, except for our table...which we reserved a few weeks ahead of time. We were sandwiched in the middle of a line of 2-tops and there was barely enough room for the waiters to get in between. The waiters' backsides were right in my husband's face whenever they were helping the tables next to us. A little too close for comfort.

   My wife and I eat out for special occasions multiple times a year, and we usually choose mid level to high-end restaurants. We have been to Harry & Izzy's several times and enjoyed that experience. This experience did not live up to our expectations. The tables were small (almost shoved my side dish off the table twice), my prime rib was tough and chewy, and the chance to converse was minimal since we were sitting next to 2 'lively' groups. WAY TOO close! A $275 night for 2 was not enjoyable!

   Not being allowed to stand and having to be seated to get service detracts from the ability to have fun and the ambience of the fun place. The food is good but people go out to share social experiences. The food is not the reason people go to 1933. It is to see other people and socialize, and the fact that you have to be at a table and seated takes away from that

   Brought my mom for her birthday. The host immediately acknowledged her birthday from the reservation notes, they had a card signed by the staff on the table, and the server also acknowledged her…very lovely! Wes was our server and he was knowledgeable, engaging, friendly, and helpful. The ambience is nice but a little difficult for those with hearing problems. I didn’t think to ask for a quieter area, we were seated between the kitchen and the bar so it was pretty loud. Lesson learned for our next visit. The food was outstanding and the drinks were delicious. What really made our visit special was the people on staff, especially Wes. Management should be proud of their team! The only thing I would suggest is to let your staff wear a less formal uniform, some of the servers were sweating like crazy and wearing a bowtie and vest just seems a little old timey, not to mention terribly uncomfortable. Maybe the staff could wear a nice logo’d polo in the summer? Seriously great experience and we look forward to our next visit. Thanks for making my mom feel special!

    Celebrated my 60th birthday. Dinner was absolutely delicious. I was so happy we sat in our favorite waiter, Steves section! Perfect evening again!!
