Visited 17 River Grille for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were extremely professional along with incredible food and drinks. Restaurant was very well put together and offered great views of the falls. Will absolutely visit again.

Sat outside on the patio, seating was very accommodating and service was great. Food and drinks were delicious and timely. 10/10!

The view of the waterfall from where were was seated was great! The food was good and the atmosphere was enjoyable.

Views of the falls are lovely as is the restaurant ambiance. Food was good but not amazing.

We specifically stated on our open table reservation that it was for a birthday, my wife’s. When we got there, the person that was greeting people when they came in and asking if they had a reservation did ask me whose birthday it was, and I told him. However, after being served our meal or waitress I only didn’t ask if we wanted dessert, she made absolutely no mention at all that it was my wife’s birthday. 17 River Grill is one of her favorite restaurants so it was super disappointing that they didn’t at least say happy birthday to her. The server we had also didn’t seem very happy about being there, was not very friendly, it seemed to have a little bit of an attitude. It was not a pleasant experience like it usually is there.

Overall food was good, except for the grilled artichoke (we expected something different) and the carrot cake. Service was ok, the waitress was a bit loss with our orders

The fries were stale and at room temperature when I received them. The waitress was amazing though, perfect 10 out of 10 for her and the service she provided.

While the venue is excellent, the lack of parking makes it most challenging to have an enjoyable experience. No valet for lunch service makes it not worthwhile.
