   Bij de ontvangst ging t niet helemaal goed met bestellen van de oesters dit werd compleet goed gemaakt met een top oplossing en service die past bij de hoogte van dit restaurant de sommelier / manager verstaat zijn vak ! Super

   accueil chaleureux et très attentionné dans un site exceptionnel de standing élevé et courtois. vue magnifique le soir sur Londres toute illuminée même si notre table n'était pas en bordure de fenêtre pas de problème pour les enfants de 15 et 11 ans qui nous accompagnaient après 18h. cuisine exquise, savoureuse, et présentation soignée et recherchée. rapport qualité/prix correct vu le standing, le service attentif, le site et la cuisine du chef. nous ne regrettons pas d'avoir consacré un budget de 336 € pour 4 plats, 4 desserts, 2 softs, une bt eau, 2 verres de vin rosé et 2 verres de vin rouge . le plus, visite des jardins au 15ème possible jusqu'à 21h ! vue splendide sur 360° !

   Having been here before, and the first time we came it was an excellent experience. It was so good we decided to bring family on this occasion and the food and service was good, although security not so much. In an establishment such as this, you would expect to be greeted warmly. Instead ID was asked for in a rather abrupt manner from security and not a host. As a 36 year old woman, I respect the policy but not the way it was carried out. It dampened the experience from the start. Then on exit we were using the restroom and my partner went to the foyer with cigarette in hand ready to smoke once we stepped outside, and said security guard rushed out and demanded that he did not smoke there, which obviously there was no intention to smoke on site. He explained he was waiting for the rest of the party with no intention of lighting said cigarette, but then the security guard did not leave it there and was further forceful and condescending. Due to this experience I feel returning would be a mistake. It’s a shame as we loved this venue but unfortunately this experience has left a sour taste. Security needs to be better trained in dealing with guests

   T was a shame because the service was great, the atmosphere was wonderful, the views are excellent and fantastic cocktails… but the food was awful. All of us order the ribeye steak at a premium price and none of us could even chew the meat it was so bad. Wouldn’t go back as a result of this sadly

   Had an unforgettable dinner here with friends! The service was absolutely amazing - attentive, warm, and made us feel truly welcome. The views were breathtaking, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening. The food was lovely—beautifully presented and full of flavor. A wonderful spot to share great conversation, good wine, and even better company. Highly recommend!

   A wonderful meal and excellent service. The restaurant is beautiful but the reason the score overall is 3/5 is because it was very expensive and they automatically add 15% service to the bill!!!!
