Hosted a work dinner for 50 guests was amazing!!! They offered a buffet style dinner and open bar very easy to work with.

We sat outside to enjoy the river views. There were small parties standing around out on the patio as well. They were clearly intoxicated and one man even puked. We immediately left without getting any service.

We had the most amazing girls night on Wednesday! Amazing cocktails, Kassandra was super helpful in recommending options and even making us specialty cocktails she was trying out for the menu. Food was excellent and we were able to snag an outside patio seat, which was perfect!

The timing of the food was poorly done. We ordered an appetizer that actually was delivered on the heels of the main course. As a higher end restaurant this is very unprofessional. An appetizer should always be delivered first and some time should be allowed for them to eat it before the meal is served. The wait staff should be taught this and never allow the meal to come our first. This is what I'll remember about the restaurant, more than the food.

They need to either train the waitress. Give her some help. Or terminate her. There is no way I had to yell multiple times to get her attention just to take our order. She eventually apologized and said she was busy. I’ll be back because the ambiance and food were worth a return. But if the service is like this my second time around. I won’t be back.

We had reservations for dinner and of course we all looked at the menu online before arriving. We arrived early to have drinks and they were not busy at all plenty of seating. We were excited to try the chef speciality dishes, but unfortunately by 7pm they were sold out of everything we wanted (3 separate dishes) We were very disappointed, the food we did have was good but nothing extraordinary not work the price. The drinks were great, location is perfect and atmosphere is wonderful just seemed either poor planning or bad management to run out of 3 different dishes on your main page.

I have had one of the best experiences every being in the flats. The beautifully crafted bar built with lights was breathtaking when you first walk through the entrance. The Bar Tender Kassandra was very prompt on making my drink. She also has a very polite, solid attitude on the way she conducted herself being busy making drinks and still having great conversation about the menu. I chose to order the Caribbean salmon, and it was some of the best salmon I’ve ever had. My fiancé, ordered the Duck la orange and the Bur Blanc on top was some of the best flavor levels I found to match with crispy perfect skin to match still! Chef Pauly was very well spoken and knowledgeable on all the dishes he made after we spoke! He was very professional and easy to talk with on setting up our next event and all the details about food we would love for our wedding dinner! he then brought us a board with calamari, figs, sliders, and lamb which I must say was truly stunning in the matter of 8 min. The flavor levels where through the roof and the sun rise sauce is to die for. He told us he created it with nothing but vegetables and the build was jaw dropping with the heat level perfectly balanced. I would definitely refer anybody to go to 1330 on the river and see the view of the Cuyahoga river and the amazing staff. They have there. They have 2 levels to the build and every detail of beauty accented by the river is truly an amazing experience!

Came here with a group of 12 for a business dinner and it was AMAZING. Had to setup a last minute dinner and Chef Zeek was extremely accommodating. They offered some really nice chef specials tried the Duck L’Orange was phenomenal!!! Highly recommend
